It won’t take long for the agency to pinpoint Lucky’s location and bring him back home. He’ll likely be tested immediately, but will he be the one to save the day for his sister?
It would be a real nail-biter if Lucky was brought back to Port Charles, only to find out he wasn’t a match or was ineligible for the liver transplant.
After all, he couldn’t help with Lulu’s bone marrow surgery all those years ago, which is why Nikolas was brought in. How is it possible he can help now?
Still, as many residents in the little town are currently getting tested on the off chance, they could be a match to save Lulu, fans should expect a plot twist with this storyline.
Could Sam end up being a match? She’d rush to help Lulu out, not only because it’s in her nature, but also because of the strong relationship she has with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr).
Add in the mixed emotions Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has for both women, and this could make for an interesting, yet sticky, storyline.
Viewers may also recall that Laura mentioned to Nik during her prison visit on Tuesday (before the results came in) that there are major risks to surgery of this nature.
