General Hospital Spoilers: SNL’s Sarah Sherman Joins GH as Robin Finch – Lois’ Dialect Coach Causes Q Mansion Drama

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that a new face will pop up at the Quartermaine mansion and create some confusion. SNL’s Sarah Sherman has joined GH for a two-episode stint as Robin Finch, who calls herself a “dialect theorist and tutor to the stars” in People’s preview clip.

Sherman will first appear as Ms. Finch on Thursday, September 5, but the drama will also spill over and air on Friday, September 6. Before Ms. Finch introduces herself, she’ll get on Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) bad side by disapproving of her pronunciation of the word “croissant.”

However, Ms. Finch will quickly blow Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) away by guessing the exact area of Brooklyn that Olivia is from. Look for Sarah Sherman’s character to interact with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) during all the drama as well.

Of course, things will settle down once Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) meets Robin Finch and realizes this is the dialect coach she hired to help get rid of her accent.

Lois feels like she could sell more for Deception if she spoke differently, so she’ll become Ms. Finch’s student and get some help.

As for Sarah Sherman, the SNL star is a real-life GH fan who was thrilled to book this guest role in Port Charles. Sherman gushed to People about having the time of her life – especially since she worked with soap opera legend Jane Elliot and met Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) on set.

Will Lois successfully lose her thick accent with Ms. Robin Finch’s assistance? Could Lois ultimately decide it’s part of who she is and keep her accent instead?

Whatever the case, it’ll be great to see Sherman’s character shake things up at the Q manse. Our predictions point to some other comical situations once Lois’ lessons get underway, so stay tuned for updates on how all this will play out.

General Hospital spoilers say Ms. Finch will be very particular about the work they’re doing, so we’ll bring you more news on her efforts to coach Lois and any other wacky encounters that might happen.
