General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) delivered a fierce threat to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) – and he’s not taking it lightly. Ava suggested it was a promise instead, but she made it clear that she wasn’t to be messed with on this whole custody issue.
Ava was devastated over Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) demise and isn’t willing to lose another daughter.
In other words, Ava refuses to sit back and let Sonny take Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) away from her without a fight!
Of course, Sonny now knows that Ava secretly recorded Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and leaked the audio file to The Invader.
That’s just another example of how low Ava’s willing to go, so Sonny’s getting more furious by the second – especially since this has obviously caused major problems for Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).
Sonny doesn’t tolerate anyone hurting his daughters in any way, so he’ll be prepared to strike back at Ava over all the messes she’s making.
Ava is ready to play as dirty as it takes, so there may be even more power plays and stunning moves as this storyline continues.
However, Sonny is a powerful guy as well and will be teaming up with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on a scheme for payback.
Ava talks a good game, but can she really come out on top – especially when she’s keeping secrets that could come back to haunt her?
Sonny may launch an investigation that ultimately outs Ava’s knowledge of his meds being tampered with.
Ava didn’t tamper with the meds herself, but she did leave a trail behind that could prove she’s known the truth for months.
GH fans can’t forget that Ava stole some of Sonny’s pills and had them tested, so Sonny might get his hands on those lab results with proof that Ava ordered them.
Sonny might also score some security footage or other information that proves Ava paid a visit to that shady pharmacist.
This would naturally lead to some bigger revelations since Sonny would realize someone’s been sabotaging his prescription.
That might lead to Sonny threatening the pharmacist and potentially prying Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) name out of him.
Ava could land in hot water for keeping Sonny’s weakened meds a secret – and Valentin could end up in even bigger trouble for his plot to push Sonny over the edge.
Whatever the case, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) let Sonny know he’d need serious dirt on Ava for this custody feud.
Now that Sonny’s feeling extra vengeful over the recording, that’ll give him even more of a motive to take Ava down!
