General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, October 29, reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will deliver some alarming updates to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and admit she gave her some really bad advice.
Now that drunk Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) has publicly confronted Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) about making out with his nephew’s wife while banging her mom, Nina knows the news could spread like wildfire.
If Cody doesn’t spill to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), then someone else could hear about his accusations and take them to Michael instead.
That’s why Nina will insist Willow is running out of time and most likely urge her to confess to Michael herself.
As for Cody and Drew, this could turn into a full-blown bar brawl!
Cody will lash out at Drew for being a “cheating bastard” and continue to take swings at him, so GH fans won’t want to miss the escalating drama.
Over with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), he’ll gain a big advantage – perhaps due to some evidence that Elaine (Judy Kain) offers following her investigation.
If Elaine manages to bolster Ned’s claims about Willow and Drew, he’ll have some blackmail material.
It looks like Ned will open up to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) about the whole situation, so she’ll excitedly declare that they have all the ammunition.
Tracy will suggest they just have to figure out the best way to use it.
Of course, Ned will lose his leverage if Michael finds out about Drew and Willow’s dalliance another way!
Regardless, Michael will face a shocker on Tuesday’s episode, so we’ll see how it all goes down.
Meanwhile, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will argue that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) needs her mother more than she thinks she does.
Sasha just declared that Holly was dead to her, but Holly will extend an offer and hope she can change her mind.
At GH, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will catch up with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), who’ll also ask the doctors about Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and how her transplant is going.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) pulled through her own surgery, so now Laura will be more focused on Lulu and her chances of recovery.
Unfortunately, we know this is just the calm before the storm for Sam!
In Sam’s hospital room, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will present an engagement ring and ask her to marry him.
Although Dante will hope for a bright future together, that hope’s going to be ripped away soon enough.
Since there’s been buzz about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) sabotaging Sam’s IV bag, that might be how her grim fate happens.
Regardless, Sam won’t make it out of that hospital alive!
