General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, November 20, reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will push Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) to make a decision about his future. Liz won’t want Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy) stuck wondering what’s going to happen, so she’ll think Lucky needs to rip off the bandage if he’s indeed leaving.
At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will reveal that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) autopsy results are in.
It won’t be long until those results shake things up, so they could lead to the disturbing updates Elizabeth is set to receive in Wednesday’s episode.
Over with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll tell Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) that Sam died because of him.
Dante will continue to feel responsible for any pressure Sam might’ve felt to move forward with this liver donation.
However, General Hospital spoilers say Kristina and Dante will eventually demand justice.
That makes it sound like the autopsy report could point to foul play and leave Sam’s loved ones with more questions.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) just opened her eyes and finally woke up, but she looks like Sleeping Beauty again in Wednesday’s preview clip.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) can also be seen in the preview video sitting by Lulu’s bedside and ominously declaring that he’s going to take care of her.
There’s a good chance that Cyrus messed with Lulu’s ventilator at GH and then sabotaged Sam’s post-op recovery.
Cyrus seemed to be the link between all the latest medical drama, so there might be some flashbacks that offer answers on Wednesday’s show.
Of course, Lulu might awaken again at some point and grow alarmed over Cyrus’ presence, but maybe Laura Collins (Genie Francis) could interrupt and get the shock of her life when she finds Lulu out of her coma.
Next, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will divulge Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) plan, so she may open up to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about her father’s legal defense for Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Molly will insist something isn’t an option, so she may refuse to let Ric pull off a victory here.
Alexis will ultimately make a promise, so we’ll see if that ties in with Ava’s case or with any vengeful desires she might feel after the autopsy.
Meanwhile, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) may give Danny Morgan (Asher Antonzyn) the news about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) injuring Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) face.
Danny will apparently push for an explanation and put his dad in a tight spot, but Jason won’t be willing to spill too much.
What happened between Jason and Drew should stay between them as far as Jason is concerned.
General Hospital spoilers say Danny will at least appreciate the heart-to-heart, so we’ll bring you more predictions on his growing bond with Jason in the aftermath of Sam’s demise.
