General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, August 1, reveals that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) spoke to an excited Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about the new recordthat Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was bankrolling.
Once Blaze aka Allison “Allie” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) arrived, she loved Brook Lynn’s pitch about the label.
Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) later had a conversation with Blaze to clear the air and hoped she could be involved.
However, Blaze wanted to do music her way and wasn’t sure where things went with Natalia from here considering her views on her relationship with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).
In Sonny’s office, Kristina expressed concern about the subpoena and having to testify against him, but Sonny insisted the custody case wouldn’t get that far.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) eventually came strolling in and pointed out that depositions were tomorrow, so Kristina was even more worried.
Afterward, Lois paid Sonny a visit to question him about the financing for the record label Brook Lynn would be running and whether it’d be clean.
Sonny was offended and accused Lois of turning on him like everybody else, so he urged her to leave.
At GH, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) got some support from Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) before having a conversation with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Although Alexis was hopeful about everyone being one big happy family again, a frustrated TJ asked what Alexis would do when Kristina tried to keep the baby.
Meanwhile, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) had a catch-up session with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and filled her in on everything that had been happening with Kristina.
In Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) suite, her work meeting with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was interrupted. John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) appeared wearing only a towel, so Trina got flustered and excused herself.
Soon after, Trina caught up with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) at the pool and gave her scandalous updates on Agent Cates, who had clearly spent the night with Ava.
Back in Ava’s room, she gently scolded John for prancing around without clothes like he owned the place.
Ava pointed out that they had to be careful since her connection to John wouldn’t look good for the custody battle.
John wasn’t eager to advertise it either, but he left his bags on the floor and hinted about having more fun with Ava when he came back for them later.
Once John was gone, Kristina arrived to confront Ava about the subpoena.
Ava was adamant that Kristina would have to testify about Sonny beating Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), but Kristina turned the tables.
After Kristina threatened to testify about Ava messing with Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) meds and how she killed Connie Falconeri (Kelly Sullivan), Ava grabbed her arm during the confrontation.
Kristina pulled away and tripped over one of the bags John had left behind, which sent her flying into the window.
The window shattered, which led to Kristina plummeting into the Metro Court pool with an epic splash – leaving Blaze and everyone else there in shock.
Unconscious Kristina went underwater and had cuts on her face from the glass as Thursday’s GH episode wrapped up.
