General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 12, reveals that in an emergency meeting, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) complained about Deception’s link to investor Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) now that he’d killed John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington). It was obvious that Tracy had already convicted Sonny in her own mind.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) were all present, so they weighed in on the situation.
The consensus was that Tracy was overreacting since Sonny hadn’t been arrested over any proof.
Lois’ lack of an accent also got everyone’s attention, so there was some talk about the dialect coach and her new-and-improved sound.
When Brook Lynn spoke to Lois alone, she couldn’t get that baby conversation she had with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) off her mind.
Although Brook Lynn worried adding a baby to their lives might be too much, she admitted she might want to start trying for a child right away.
Brook Lynn asked what Lois thought about becoming a “nonna” sooner rather than later.
By the boathouse, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) surprised Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) with a family breakfast that included Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) and James West (Gary James Fuller).
As they all sat around the table and ate, James brought up Cody’s recent “nap” with Sasha and assumed they had sleepovers since they were friends.
Cody admitted they didn’t have sleepovers and said Sasha was actually his girlfriend – at least he wanted her to be.
In a moment alone, Sasha agreed to be Cody’s girlfriend and shared a kiss with him.
Maxie also joined the family feast, but Tracy came along and blew up at Sasha for cooking for the Scorpios instead of doing her job for the Quartermaines.
Sasha defended herself since she took care of the food bill and invited guests on her day off.
Sasha even got permission from Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but Tracy acted like Sasha had really crossed the line.
Mac angrily shut Tracy down before James offered food since she was “hangry.”
Once Tracy went back inside, Cody thanked Mac for intervening as they shared a sweet father-son moment.
Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) griped to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) becoming Sonny’s alibi, which led to some talk about Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) being a person of interest in the case.
That’s why Michael didn’t think it was wise for Joss to push conspiracy theories about Sonny and Carly right now.
Josslyn struggled to understand how Michael reconnected with Sonny, so he explained why he had to let go of his anger and embrace family again.
At GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) got updates on all the information Carly had found out from Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and warned her to stay away from him.
However, Carly was determined to find Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and save Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) – which is why she had to ask a reluctant favor.
Carly hated the idea of taking Jason away from his family again and sending him somewhere dangerous, but she needed him to go to Africa for a Lucky rescue mission. Jason got on board right before Brennan called Carly with more Lucky news.
In Sonny’s office, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) told him about Alexis’ legal dilemma since Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) told the cops they saw her disposing of a gun.
To make matters worse, Diane couldn’t be Alexis’ attorney since she was already representing Sonny.
This was a real mess, so Diane warned that Alexis could go down for a crime she didn’t commit if they didn’t figure something out.
Later, Sonny spoke with Natalia about the latest Deception drama and the Cates investigation.
Once Sonny talked about his alibi, he made a prediction that Alexis wouldn’t go down for murder on his watch.
