As most fans know, Law & Order: Organized Crime has been picked up for Season 5; however, the show no longer will be airing on NBC, rather, it’s jumping to the streaming service Peacock.
While fans are happy, they won’t be losing their favorite show, many are also starting to wonder whether this move means no more crossover storylines with other Law & Order shows.

Jeff Bader, NBCUniversal Entertainment’s President of program planning strategy recently offered a comment to TV Line about possible Law & Order crossovers for Organized Crime, come Season 5 when the show will be streaming on Peacock. He notes, “I want to say yes [to some crossovers] … But no, we have not heard anything about the creative for next season yet.”

It was just announced that Law & Order: Organized Crime is heading to the streaming platform, so conversations about crossovers and overall storylines for Season 5 will likely happen over the coming weeks and announced in the months ahead.
As not all Organized Crime fans have Peacock subscriptions, the idea of crossover episodes may entice them to lock in and continue to watch the drama at its new broadcasting home.
According to reports, Peacock has ordered 10 episodes of Law & Order: Organized Crime for Season 5. The silver lining to having the drama on the streaming service is that it allows the show to continue to tell stories, and content could get a bit darker and more risqué as it is on a streaming platform versus cable network television.
Law & Order: Organized Crime, will wrap up its run, on NBC this Thursday, May 16 at 10 p.m. (ET) when the Season finale takes place. No word on when Season 5 will start airing on Peacock.
