In tonight’s The Bachelor episode, Joey Graziadei may have gotten his heart broken by Charity Lawson last season, but he’s back now. He’s back and he’s ready to fall in love all over again. He’s the new Bachelor! Joey was a teaching tennis pro from Royersford, Pennsylvania. He was twenty-eight years old.

He was a handsome guy with beautiful eyes and dimples. He also believes in the process and that was going to come in handy this season. Joey knows that he can fall in love with someone in a matter of weeks. He knows he can commit himself to someone after a matter of weeks. And so fingers crossed he has a wedding in his future.

Joey was making Bachelor history tonight. There were more women tonight than any Bachelor has ever faced. The women came out of the woodwork for their shot at Joey and so he was the dream. He showed Charity such kindness last season that it convinced the women tonight that he was a genuinely nice guy.

Lexi was the first woman to introduce herself to him. She’s a really pretty girl. Only she has a health condition that might restrict her options if she wants to have her own kids. It was because of this condition that she stayed away from dating these past few years because she was worried about being judged or rejected.

Some of these ladies were from other countries. They told Joey all about it. Joey had moved back to Pennsylvania after the Bachelorette because he wanted to be around his support system after such a heartbreak and so geography might play a part tonight. It did with the Golden Bachelor.

It tends to do the same with the regular Bachelor as well. If anyone falls so in love this season that they want to make the relationship work, someone has got to move. There were people from Canada. Which was closer to him than say the people that live in Georgia.

It was just very far and long-distance relationships tend not to work out.

Where’s the Pennsylvania women at? Erika lived close by in New Jersey. She was another pretty young woman. She grabbed Joey’s interest by dancing with him and showing him some moves.

Her mother is from the Dominican Republic. Her father is from Cuba. She has that Latin spirit and she couldn’t wait to join this season of the show once she heard Joey was going to be the bachelor. The last part was the same for Kelsey A. She said she doesn’t like the bad boys. She wants a man that will treat her with respect and love because that’s what her parents’ marriage was like before her mom passed.

Kelsey also came with a voodoo doll. She loves New Orleans. She loves the culture down there and so she was unique but she might have failed the geography test. Allison does pass that geography test.

She’s from Pennsylvania. She was also really pretty. It’s just she came with her sister, Lauren. Lauren and Allison both liked Joey. They auditioned because they knew he’d be the Bachelor and now they’re in a weird competition with each other. They didn’t even tell anyone much less Joey that they were sisters. It all felt incestuous.

The sisters were competing to be the first to kiss Joey. This could be a problem later down the line if one goes home and he’s trying to commit to the other one. It could also be bad if the both of them are in the final two. They were already causing trouble with the other women.

Lauren has been mocking some of the opening gestures by the other women. There was one that showed up in a go cart. There was another that showed up in a boat. There was one that travelled on a tennis high chair. One woman came in a red pickup truck with a Christmas tree in the bed of her truck and oddly enough she didn’t give a reason for the Christmas tree.

Also, Lea was on the show. She met Joey at the After the Rose Ceremony. She was given a card back then and she came with that same card tonight. She hasn’t opened it. Joey hasn’t opened it.

Everyone was curious about what the card said. Lea included only she waited to read the card until all the women were introduced. She also waited until Joey talked to them as a group. Joey was blunt when he said he’s hoping his future wife was among them and the women ate it up. They couldn’t wait to fall in love.

Jess was the first to get a kiss. She has a big personality. She loves to travel. She’s been heading west since she left Tennessee and many of the women wanted her to go back there after tonight. Jess told them she kissed Joey. Jess was riding that high that that she didn’t notice that energy shifted once she spoke.

The women all wanted to get rid of her. Some of them felt Jess betrayed Joey by telling the group about her kiss. They couldn’t wait to tell him about that and so the knives were out tonight. The women pretty much labelled Jess as the baddie this season.

Not that they didn’t try to top her when it was their turn to talk to Joey. Jenn raced him with the go-carts. Daisy talked about her cochlear implant and how that changed her life and Joey kissed her too. The difference is Daisy didn’t tell the others about it. Nor she did try to interrupt his date with the others.

Jess did that last one. She interrupted his time with Taylor and Taylor gave her the cold shoulder. Taylor quickly wrapped things up with Joey because Jess was standing on the sidelines. Listening in. And Taylor hadn’t felt comfortable opening up to Joey after that.

Jess then swooped in. She tried to wrangle the rest of Joey’s time and she made enemies. Taylor tried talking to her about it afterwards. She tried to tell Jess how disrespectful she was being. All she got back was that Jess wasn’t there to make friends. Jess said she was here to win Joey. It was her only objective.

It wasn’t the biggest issue tonight. The sisters situation coming up was the bigger problem. The sisters couldn’t stay away from each other because they’re so close. They confessed to the group that they were sisters and so the only person they didn’t tell was Joey.

They didn’t tell him because they didn’t want to tell him until one of them got the first kiss. They competed for the first kiss and Allison won it. She beat out Lauren in spite of Lauren calling dibs as the older sister. Allison had interrupted Lauren’s date in order to be the first to kiss Joey.

It was after the kiss that she told him she and Lauren were sisters. It made sense to him because he thought their stories were very similar. It was also odd for him because he knew he couldn’t date sisters. It would be problematic because it’s not like he can commit to both of them.

Then Lea read the card she had. She read it and she learned that she could steal a one on one date with Joey that he initially set up with someone else. Only Lea was a good person. She didn’t want to hurt anyone. She told Joey about it. She told him that she didn’t want to hurt Joey or have their story be at the expense of someone else and so Lea eventually told the rest of the women about the card. With that out of the way, she then burned the card in front of everyone. She could no longer use it. The others couldn’t take it and use it either. It’s gone.

Lea was such a great person for doing that. The others couldn’t understand it. They said they would have used it if they could get it out of the fire and so it’s a good thing it went up in smoke. Later, Maria had been one of the few that said she wouldn’t kiss Joey tonight. She had heard he kissed other women and she didn’t want to be a part of the group. Then she had her alone time with him. They laughed. She made fun of his favorite movie. They then kissed and she admitted she couldn’t stop herself from leaning in.

But it surprised no one that Lea got the first impression rose. Evalin actually broke down in tears over it. She felt she didn’t get much of a chance to talk to Joey and she’s worried about going home without ever realizing their potential. Evalin was such a wreck that she couldn’t even bring herself to be there at the rose ceremony when the rest of the damn flowers got handed out. She was forced to pull herself together and then the ceremony unraveled a lot of hopes and dreams. Joey gave his second rose to Allison.

He kissed Allison first out of the sisters. He gave her a rose first. Lauren must be eaten up by jealousy and her rivalry with her sister. Another to get the rose was Jess. The villain was sticking around y’all. Maria got a rose. Ericka. Jenn. Daisy. Even Taylor got a rose. There were a few others in between. Then Evalin got a rose. She was super cheered up by that. And last to receive a rose was Lauren who threw the Allison thing back at him while accepting the flower.

And the ladies that didn’t get a rose left in tears because they all liked Joey, but he couldn’t choose all of them.

THE END!
