The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, June 28, reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) remained concerned about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) being on the rebound, especially when Thomas admitted he’d always love Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).
However, Thomas insisted Hope wouldn’t commit, so he had to move on. Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) was thrilled to accept Thomas’ engagement ring and wanted to build a family with him, so he was glad to be on the same page.
In the CEO office on Friday’s B&B episode, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) acknowledged that Thomas had moved on quickly, but she was happy that he’d found the commitment he was looking for.
Hope thought Steffy was just pleased to see Thomas with anybody but her, so they were bickering when Thomas walked in.
Steffy insisted she wasn’t going to let Hope be “Brooke 2.0” and treat Thomas the way Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) had treated Ridge.
If Hope truly cared about Thomas, Steffy said Hope would leave him alone.
Steffy also told Thomas that he was in a much better place after getting away from Hope, so she urged him to marry Partis and avoid even thinking about Hope again.
At the Spencer mansion, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) finally decided to move past her questions since all that mattered now was having Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) in her life.
It warmed Poppy Nozawa’s (Romy Park) heart to see Bill and Luna bonding like this, so she acted like she never should’ve been scared to give them updates on the paternity news.
Although Bill respected the “Nozawa power” and knew Luna had an intense bond with Poppy, he felt there was a way to maintain that connection even if Luna took on another name.
Bill said he knew “Spencer” wasn’t on Luna’s birth certificate, but he wanted to adopt Luna and make things official in the eyes of the law.
Both Poppy and Luna seemed touched as Luna admitted she liked the sound of “Luna Spencer.”
Poppy suggested Bill and Luna should have some private father-daughter time, so she took off in a hurry.
Once Bill was alone with Luna, he suggested there was a place for her at Spencer Publications if she ever got tired of making dresses.
At Il Giardino, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) offered up his apartment if Tom Starr (Clint Howard) wanted to get ready there before his live show.
Tom took Deacon up on the offer as Poppy spied nearby.
Once Tom was alone inside Deacon’s place, Poppy showed up to put him on notice and said she wasn’t amused by his little pizza delivery.
After Poppy warned Tom to never come to the Spencer residence again, she pushed him to stay away from her along with her daughter.
Tom corrected Poppy to “OUR daughter” and said they both knew Luna was his, so Poppy stared at him with a furious look on her face.
