The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, February 2, reveals that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) urged Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) to cave in and put that ring on her finger.
Thomas insisted they both wanted this and that they could raise the kids together if Hope would just say yes to marrying him.
Although Hope adored Thomas, she reminded him that she asked for time and still needed it before she could accept his proposal.
Thomas said he understood and wanted Hope to be fully committed whenever she said yes.
Since Thomas was convinced they’d spend the rest of their lives together, he acknowledged that he could be patient and kissed Hope.
Once they got dressed, Thomas received a text from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), who was planning on visiting Eric Forrester (John McCook) with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) before an international call held them up.
Ridge wanted Thomas to go in his place, so he asked if Hope would come with him.
Hope said she’d be happy to and was eager to show Eric some support ahead of his next doctor’s appointment.
After Thomas gushed over how beautiful Hope was inside and out, he talked about having hope for their future.
It seemed like the wheels were turning for Hope as she kissed Thomas and left the cabin with him.
At the Forrester mansion, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) were hopeful about Eric getting a positive prognosis tomorrow.
There was no reason to think Eric wouldn’t since John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) had been taking good care of him.
Donna assured Eric that he had a lot more living to do, but she seemed a little pensive as she hugged him.
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) was summoned via text and joked about coming for the party. Eric insisted he just thought that since Thomas was coming over and Katie was already there, they could have a get-together.
Zende wondered if RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) got an invitation, but Eric pointed out that he urged RJ to keep the plans he’d already made with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).
Once Hope and Thomas arrived on Friday’s B&B episode, they acknowledged that Eric was looking better every day and expressed hope about him getting good news tomorrow.
Hope wanted to text RJ to come over, but Eric explained the situation with Luna and talked about the power of young love.
Zende looked irritated and eventually made some comments to Hope about visiting RJ’s new love shack.
As far as Zende was concerned, everything fell right into RJ’s lap – including Luna.
Hope defended Luna and RJ’s feelings since it was clear they cared about each other, so Zende said it was clear as day and remained annoyed.
At RJ’s new place, he had Luna’s favorite takeout delivered and took her for a walk down the beach.
After Luna and RJ showered each other with compliments, they eventually made it to the bedroom and took their time undressing.
Once Luna and RJ made love, she talked about dreaming about what her first time would be like and said it was more than she ever could’ve imagined.
Luna just wanted RJ to hold her in his arms and never let go, so they expressed their love and cuddled under the covers.
