The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, February 9, reveals that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) popped a special mint before kissing RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), who then led her over to Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Donna Logan-Forrester (Jennifer Gareis).
Eric saw a bright future for RJ and Luna, who was looking relaxed according to RJ as the special mint kicked in.
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) flirted with Luna while RJ was on a phone call, so he mentioned that he lived in the guesthouse if she ever needed him.
Luna giggled before RJ returned – and then they both listened to Eric’s toast to Donna.
There were plenty of romantic moments as Donna predicted she’d never get angry with her new husband. Eric agreed it’d be nothing but pure wedded bliss except for some minor irritation if Donna denied him his martinis.
Luna eventually told RJ that she was tired and popped another special mint soon after.
Once RJ stepped away again, Zende walked back over and said he hadn’t been able to take his eyes off Luna all night.
There was something different about Luna, so Zende commented on her glowing look and felt she was shedding her shy intern image.
Luna said she was only shy until you get to know her, so Zende accepted the invitation and indeed wanted to know her better.
If Luna ever got bored with RJ, he told her that his door was always open right across the courtyard. Luna laughed and yawned once RJ reappeared.
Since Luna was getting too tired for the festivities, she thought she’d better leave and turned down RJ’s offer to take her home.
Luna said she’d order a ride and hugged RJ dramatically as she said she loved him so much. After Luna played up how RJ was the best boyfriend and said Eric was right about their future, she took off.
RJ seemed a bit perplexed over Luna’s behavior and offered her apologies to Eric and Donna for the early exit.
Outside the guesthouse on Friday’s B&B episode, Luna said she was so thirsty and let herself inside.
Zende also decided to bail on the party early, so he made his way to the guesthouse just after Luna guzzled water and took off her shoes.
Once Zende removed his shirt and saw evidence that someone had been there, he looked over at the bed and was surprised to find Luna under the covers.
Luna said she’d been waiting for him, but fans were shown her warped perspective – which revealed that she thought she was about to sleep with RJ, not Zende.
At Il Giardino, Poppy once again confirmed to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) that there was no chance he was Luna’s father, but she was touched over how much he would’ve wanted that and accepted Luna if it’d been true.
Bill realized Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) didn’t know Poppy very well since she clearly wasn’t a gold-digger. Another woman in Poppy’s position might’ve taken advantage of Bill and this paternity opportunity.
Poppy was content with a simple life and eventually looked in her purse for her special mints. Since they weren’t there, Poppy was puzzled and admitted to Bill that she had no idea where she left them.
