The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, February 26, reveals that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) reiterated that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would die tonight as she lurked outside the cliff house and eventually held something from her pocket.
Inside, Steffy got supplies out for dinner, but she still seemed on edge.
Once Steffy started chopping lettuce with a huge knife, she heard a noise and grew alarmed over the power going out.
“Sheila? Sheila is that you?” Steffy asked nervously as Sheila’s shadow appeared nearby.
At Il Giardino, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) asked a waitress if she’d seen Sheila recently, but she hadn’t.
Deacon wondered “where the hell” Sheila was and sent her some worried texts.
Once Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) showed up for his takeout order, he declined to dine in since he didn’t want to be around Sheila.
Deacon admitted Sheila wasn’t there and that he actually didn’t know where she’d gone off to.
After Deacon gave Liam news on the Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) situation and the fight Steffy started with Sheila, Liam insisted Deacon should kick Sheila to the curb.
Nobody believed Sheila had changed according to Liam, who pointed out that even Deacon seemed concerned about her unknown whereabouts.
Deacon said he’d asked Sheila about her little disappearing acts, but she only told him that she’d been meeting someone from her past.
Liam argued that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) were the only ones Sheila cared about.
Since Steffy was standing in the way of the life Sheila wanted – at least from Sheila’s perspective – Liam remained fearful for his ex-wife.
In Finn’s office, he flashed back to Sheila asking if she deserved to die and to her claims that Steffy wanted her dead.
Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was at the hospital to pick up some allergy drops at the pharmacy for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), so she stopped by to see Finn while she was there.
Finn seemed pensive, so Hope got him to open up about Steffy’s brawl with Sheila and his concerns about his wife poking the bear.
Hope also got updates on Steffy wanting Sheila dead, which bothered Finn since human life was important – even for someone like Sheila.
Although Finn understood why Steffy felt like she did, Hope realized it still hurt for Steffy to say she wanted his birth mom gone in that way.
Back at the cliff house on Monday’s B&B episode, Steffy looked for candles in the dark and got a phone call from Finn.
After Finn said he hoped Steffy was relaxing, she admitted nothing was relaxing about this night since the wind had picked up and the power had gone out.
Finn promised he’d be home soon, so Steffy disconnected before she noticed Sheila approaching her.
Steffy freaked out and hurled herself over the sofa, which allowed her to grab the knife from the kitchen.
After Steffy told Sheila to get out and threatened her, Sheila lunged forward.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will have to explain all this to the cops along with Finn soon, so stay tuned!
