The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Monday, March 4 – Finn Rejects Steffy’s Kiss – Deacon’s Premeditated Suspicions

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, March 4, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) assumed Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) must think he was insane for acting this way in the aftermath of Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) demise.

However, Hope understood that Finn’s feelings were complicated and assured him that those feelings were valid since Sheila gave him life.

Every time Finn closed his eyes, he imagined Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) stabbing Sheila and all the blood.

Hope felt that Finn’s brain was just trying to make sense of all this and urged him to focus on his beautiful family with Steffy, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks).

Finn thanked Hope for being there for him and gave her another hug before he headed home to Steffy.

At the cliff house on Monday’s B&B episode, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was irritated over Finn going MIA. Steffy feared Finn didn’t understand that she had to protect herself since he had such a terrible reaction.

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) eventually barged in and confronted Steffy for killing Sheila instead of calling the cops on her.

Steffy insisted there was no time, so she had to defend herself when Sheila lunged at her.

Deacon reminded Steffy that she said she wanted Sheila dead and questioned if this was premeditated. Steffy shut down that idea as Ridge backed her up.

After Deacon saw the blood spot and looked horrified, he acted like Sheila had turned her life around.

Ridge didn’t believe that considering this so-called better version of Sheila still broke in Steffy’s home.

Deacon asked if there was any way Steffy could’ve misinterpreted the situation, but Ridge insisted it was time for Deacon to go.

After Deacon exited, Steffy worried about what would happen if he told the cops that she wanted Sheila dead.

Ridge said they all wanted that and reassured Steffy about handling things with the police.

Finn finally came back and heard Deacon had been there, so he admitted he was the one who gave him the news about Sheila.

Once Finn said he went to Sheila’s apartment to feel close to her, Ridge ranted about how Finn had a responsibility to his wife and kids.

Steffy asked to speak with Finn privately, so Ridge took off. That gave Steffy a chance to say she was so sorry for everything that happened, but she confessed that she couldn’t do this alone.

Finn said Steffy didn’t have to and that he was her husband. Steffy felt that they could get through anything together and thanked him for coming home.

After Steffy embraced Finn and moved in for a kiss, he froze up and ultimately pulled away.

Finn started stammering about how he didn’t know what was wrong with him and said he wanted to get back to their beautiful life together.

Unfortunately, Finn was haunted by that blood spot and needed more time. Sheila was still Finn’s mother, so he said he couldn’t be there and rushed out the door.

That left Steffy hyperventilating a bit as she tried to get a grip on her emotions.

At Forrester Creations, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) reacted to all the shocking Steffy and Sheila updates.

When RJ asked if Steffy could be in trouble, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) offered reassurance about the cops’ questions being normal.

Hope also met back up with Thomas and filled him in on her conversation with Finn at Deacon’s apartment.

Since Hope thought she got through to Finn, Thomas was pleased over him returning home to his wife.
