The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Thursday, April 18, RJ Takes a Break from Luna, Lauren Reacts to Sugar’s Name

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 18, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) admitted to running into Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) while picking up takeout and said Deacon refused to let Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) go.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) complained that Deacon needed to stop spreading this nonsense about Sheila not being deceased.

Finn mentioned that Deacon asked if part of him wished Sheila was still alive, but he pointed out that it didn’t matter since Sheila was gone.

Steffy acknowledged that Sheila had faked her demise before, but there was no doubt in her mind that her grim fate was real this time.

At the Forrester mansion, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) paid Eric Forrester (John McCook) another visit, so that brought a conversation about Deacon and how he was mourning the loss of Sheila.

Next on Thursday’s B&B episode, Deacon tried to find out more info about Sugar (Kimberlin Brown) through a search engine online, but he didn’t come up with any useful news.

Nevertheless, Deacon looked at Sheila’s picture and promised that he wasn’t going to give up.

When Lauren arrived, she suggested Deacon should delete that pic and any other reminders of Sheila.

Lauren insisted that Deacon was better off now that Sheila was gone, but Deacon hinted that Sheila could still be alive.

After Lauren shut down that idea, she argued that Deacon should be grateful that he never saw the monster that Sheila was.

Lauren ranted about Sheila’s decades of torment and declared that she never wanted to hear her name again.

As Lauren headed for the exit, Deacon asked if the name “Sugar” meant anything to her. Lauren stopped in her tracks and indicated that it did, so Deacon asked what she knew about Sugar.

At Forrester Creations, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) said RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) couldn’t blame Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) for what happened, but RJ didn’t need Zende’s advice on the matter.

After RJ snapped over Zende’s betrayal, Zende offered an apology and hoped RJ could forgive him someday – though he’d understand if RJ couldn’t.

That said, Zende urged RJ to see how lucky he was and told him not to blow it with Luna.

After Luna piped up that she didn’t want RJ to feel pressured, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) said she didn’t want that either.

However, Poppy felt the need to reiterate that her drugged mints were to blame for all this.

RJ finally said he wanted to be alone with Luna, so Zende and Poppy headed for the door.

Before he walked out, Zende once again urged RJ not to break Luna’s heart over something that wasn’t her fault.

Once Zende and Poppy left, RJ assured Luna that he didn’t blame her and acknowledged that she didn’t knowingly cheat on him.

Even so, it was tough for RJ since every time he looked at Luna now, he saw her in Zende’s bed and in his arms.

RJ said he needed time, so a weepy Luna understood that and told RJ that she’d always love him no matter what he decided.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say RJ and Luna’s relationship will remain in limbo for a while, so stick with us for predictions on their future and updates on any shockers ahead.
