The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Thursday, March 28 – Hope Screams & Throws Ring – Douglas Leaves with Thomas

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 28, reveals that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) found Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) crying and got the news that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) just ended things with her.

Hope said this wouldn’t be happening if it weren’t for Steffy and thought Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) protective sister excuse was “bull.”

After Hope mentioned that Thomas wanted to leave town with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), Douglas walked through the door since his dad arranged for him to come to Forrester Creations.

Hope said there was something they needed to talk to him about, but Douglas already knew she turned down Thomas’ proposal again.

Douglas admitted he was disappointed too and wondered why Hope made it seem like they could be a real family. Hope felt they already were one and tried to explain that marriage was a big commitment.

Douglas knew Hope loved him and that she “kinda” loved Thomas, but he struggled to understand why they weren’t good enough for her.

After Hope said she’d always be Douglas’ mother, Douglas said his mother died and that Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) was the one who gave birth to him.

Douglas felt Thomas was good enough for Caroline and talked about how disappointed his dad was.

Although Thomas needed some time and space, Hope said she’d always be part of Douglas’ life.

Douglas made it clear that wouldn’t be the case right now and explained that he wanted to go with Thomas.

If Thomas was leaving Los Angeles, Douglas wanted to go too since his dad was his hero. Douglas asked Hope not to make him go through court stuff again since Thomas needed him.

Once Douglas told Hope goodbye and headed for the door, Hope told him to wait and called out that she loved him.

Douglas ran into Hope’s arms and expressed his love as well, but he still left in the end.

Hope was devastated once she was alone, so she threw Thomas’ ring in frustration and let out a scream before crying even harder.

In the CEO office, Thomas gave Steffy and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) updates on the fact that he just ended things with Hope.

When Brooke came in and wondered if Thomas was sure this was necessary, he accused her of wanting this for years.

Brooke insisted she didn’t want both Hope and Thomas in anguish like this, especially when there were children involved. Steffy acted like it was time for Hope to face consequences and stood up to Brooke once more.

When Douglas walked in, he explained that he told Hope he wanted to go with Thomas.

After Thomas told Steffy, Ridge and Brooke that he was going away for a while, he said he was headed to Paris and that Douglas was coming with him.

Brooke objected since Hope was Douglas’ mother, but Douglas said he told Hope that he needed to go with his dad.

Once Ridge and Steffy said their goodbyes, Thomas thanked Steffy for everything. Steffy said she’d walk Thomas and Douglas out, so they all headed off together.

Brooke was distraught over this sudden turn of events and told Ridge that she could only imagine how Hope was feeling about all this.

Meanwhile, Hope flashed back to warm Douglas memories and then recalled the more heartbreaking ones she just made.

Once Steffy tracked Hope down on Thursday’s B&B episode, she said she just walked Thomas and Douglas out. Now the father and son were on their way to Paris.

Hope was in no mood to deal with Steffy, but Steffy gloated about Thomas finally seeing Hope for who she really was.

After Steffy offered a “hallelujah” over Hope officially being out of Thomas and Douglas’ lives, Hope stood there glaring at her.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy and Hope are gearing up for another fierce showdown, so stay tuned for more predictions on this escalating feud.
