Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is currently involved with Katie Logan (Heather Tom), but is their romance really meant to last? Although Katie and Carter’s relationship is going well at the moment, they might be experiencing the calm before the storm.
If Zoe comes back to Los Angeles, perhaps she could bring Carter’s secret child with her! Many fans have always suspected that Zoe could’ve been pregnant when she left town in 2021.
Even if that wasn’t the planned story back then, B&B writers could make it the plan now! Rewrites happen all the time, so it’s certainly possible that an unexpected kid will enter the picture.
If the show really wants to deliver some drama, maybe Zoe could interrupt Carter and Katie’s marriage ceremony down the road. Zoe could show up with Carter’s son or daughter and change his life in an instant.
That doesn’t mean Carter would necessarily reunite with Zoe romantically, but he’d have to figure out co-parenting and how this new child would fit into his world.
It could affect Carter and Katie’s relationship in a big way, so they might be torn apart over this revelation.
That’s especially true if Katie perhaps sees the potential for Carter and Zoe to be a united family with the child they share. Katie might bow out despite Carter’s insistence that they can still make things work between them.
It could pave the way for Katie to rebound with someone else – or maybe Carter could fight to prove they still belong together.
Whatever the case, Carter and Katie could use a major story twist to generate some interest. Katie and Carter’s romance has become rather dull, but that could change if Zoe comes back and brings Carter’s secret kid with her!
