Liam even added that Hope is a very deliberate person. That sounds like foreshadowing to us, so let’s talk about what diagnosis could explain Hope’s Finn obsession.
Kissing Finn
B&B spoilers reveal that Hope has been fantasizing about Finn for quite some time now. While they have gotten close as friends, Hope’s interest in the good doctor goes much deeper.
When Hope kissed Finn, it was at the Brooke’s Bedroom relaunch success party at Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) estate.

It was a bold move and one Hope regrets. Finn pushed Hope pretty hard to pry her lips off of his face.
When Hope saw Finn’s horrified face, she realized her mistake. While Hope is aware of what she did, she also seems surprised by her own actions.
When Hope is discussing Finn with anyone, there are one of two reactions.
Half the time, Hope seems baffled and horrified by her behavior. The other half of the time, Hope tries to justify her actions.
It really does seem like a tug of war within Hope’s mind.
Liam Spencer’s Foreshadowing

In the Monday, August 26, 2024 episode, Finn told Brooke and Ridge about Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) going away because of Hope’s kiss.
At that time, Brooke insisted to Finn that it is uncharacteristic of Hope.
Even Steffy and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) mentioned how Hope used to be moral, but now is like her mother.
Then, there was Liam’s comment to Finn. Finn told Liam that he didn’t send any signals out to Hope that would explain her kiss.
However, Liam told Finn that Hope is a very deliberate individual and she would never kiss any man unless she got the message that it was wanted. It sounds like a foreshadowing to us!
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Unexpected Diagnosis?
If Hope hadn’t kissed Finn, he might have picked up on the medical condition.
After all, Hope has been complaining about migraines. Maybe those are connected.
Now that Finn is furious about Hope’s kiss, he might not understand this could be a medical condition.
Finn’s too emotional and fired up to play doctor right now, which is totally understandable.
However, with so many people talking about Hope’s uncharacteristic behavior – and the character seemingly confused at times herself – could there be a medical diagnosis?
Is it possible that Hope has a brain tumor? If Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) can be forgiven for his brain tumor, then can Steffy forgive Hope for kissing Finn?
