The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) didn’t want to keep secrets from RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), especially after the whole situation at the Forrester guesthouse with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).
Luna’s guilt took a toll after she had that drugged hookup with Zende and hid it from RJ, so she never wants to put herself in a position to lie to him again.
Plus, Luna needed someone she could vent to regarding the backpack drama, so it’s easy to see why she spilled to RJ and got some comfort.
Of course, Luna didn’t expect RJ to go running to Katie Logan (Heather Tom) mere minutes after she confided in him!
RJ immediately went to Il Giardino and told Katie about Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) backpack showing up at Poppy’s old apartment.
RJ also gave Katie updates on Poppy meeting with Tom right before he died, so he gave her the ammo to go after Poppy and put the cops on her trail.
Since Katie called Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) about new evidence in the case, it’ll set the stage for Baker to place Poppy under arrest during the week of August 12-16.
Once Poppy’s in handcuffs and ultimately behind bars, Luna may blame RJ for that. RJ has broken the trust between them this time around, so how will Luna react to that news?
Luna might be upset enough to dump RJ for having such loose lips! How can Luna trust RJ with any important info ever again?
RJ may defend himself a bit and insist that if Poppy is guilty, then she needs to be brought to justice.
However, B&B spoilers suggest Luna may argue that despite her flaws, Poppy isn’t a killer.
Although Luna seemed to have some doubts about her mom there for a moment, she may decide she has to throw her full support behind Poppy now.
That could mean Luna will break things off with RJ, so maybe Zende could be the one to comfort her next!
