B&B spoilers reveal that Bill has been lonely for quite a while. Bill tried to win Katie Logan (Heather Tom), but that didn’t work. Bill even tried to earn redemption by tricking Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) into confessing to murder.
That didn’t work either. Then, Bill tried to turn to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), who rejected him.
Now Bill is also dealing with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) possibly leaving L.A. There is Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but he doesn’t seem to spend much time talking to his father these days. So, that might make Bill feel even more alone.
B&B Spoilers: Poppy Nozawa’s Reconnection
Fans recall that Bill recognized Poppy while she was dining with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). Bill seemed more excited about the reconnection than Poppy to be honest. Poppy was polite but didn’t offer a lot of personal information to Bill.

Since the second date, Bill has been staring at Poppy and won’t even look down at his ringing phone. Bill keeps talking about how he misses Poppy, but they really don’t know each other.
A one-night stand from decades ago is a far cry from knowing someone. Bill is already talking about “big plans” and the future with Poppy.
However, Poppy has repeatedly told Bill to live in the moment and let’s just see what happens.
So, Poppy clearly isn’t looking at Bill long-term. In fact, Poppy made it clear to Bill that she doesn’t need a man despite Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) assumptions.

Even though fans don’t consider Bill to be a danger to Poppy, he could be. Bill is starting to show signs of being possessive, which could lead to an obsession with Poppy.
