The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Poppy Nozawa’s (Romy Park) date with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) took a strange turn when she suddenly popped a pill in the middle of it. Poppy assured Bill that it was all natural and acted like it was just a little something to ease her nervousness.
However, fans really have no way of knowing what Poppy actually took or what else she might be taking when no one’s watching.
The show keeps playing Poppy up as a free spirit, so maybe they’re setting the stage for her to go a little wild with drugs.
Could Poppy’s pill popping lead to an overdose storyline? It’s easy to imagine Bill finding Poppy unresponsive at some point and making sure she gets rushed to the hospital.
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) might find herself stunned over her sister’s ER arrival if Poppy ultimately gets wheeled in.
There could be a situation where Li puts all her anger aside and just focuses on saving Poppy’s life.
That’d be a great way to ultimately bring Poppy and Li back together. Maybe almost losing Poppy could scare Li into finally mending their relationship.
Of course, there’d be some scary moments for Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), so she would need to lean on RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) or maybe even Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).
Perhaps there could be some twist that makes RJ unreachable when this Poppy chaos erupts. That’d give Zende the perfect opportunity to swoop in and comfort Luna over Poppy’s ordeal.
Since RJ, Luna and Zende’s love triangle will come with some curveballs in the coming months, maybe some Poppy issues will play a role in all the drama.
Naturally, Luna would view Bill as a hero for helping Poppy get to the hospital in time.
That could certainly affect Bill and Luna’s story if they turn out to be father and daughter.
This might also help Luna reconnect with her aunt if Li works to save Poppy before it’s too late.
This could pave the way for a new beginning for their family – at least once Poppy pulls through and wakes up.
There’s no guarantee Poppy will get an overdose storyline, but there must be a reason why B&B’s making her a pill-popper!
