The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that despite all the accusations, Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) had no choice but to let Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) walk free for now. That could change if new evidence surfaces against Sheila, especially if someone tries to frame her.
However, this story could swing in another direction if Sheila gets drugged next. What happens if the accused becomes a victim?
It’s easy to imagine Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) finding Sheila unconscious at some point and making sure she gets rushed to the hospital.
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) might be on duty and save Sheila in the nick of time.
If the same drug ends up in Sheila’s system, that could add to the mystery of if all.
It could ultimately be determined that Sheila was the killer’s next intended target, so that might leave Finn even more convinced Sheila is innocent.
People like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), on the other hand, might argue that Sheila somehow staged this – partly to take suspicion off herself and partly to gain Finn’s sympathy.
Since Sheila cut off her own toe to fake her demise at one point, Ridge and Steffy probably wouldn’t put it past her to drug herself in a fake attempt on her life.
Nevertheless, Sheila might be a legitimate victim if the same person who went after Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) goes after her.
Perhaps Sheila could get too close to uncovering what was in Tom’s backpack.
Then again, maybe Sheila could be targeted by a copycat who uses this whodunit as a way to try to get rid her.
The confusion of it all could help steer the police in the wrong direction.
Regardless, Sheila will pull through whatever trouble might be headed her way, but it could stir up more questions and concerns if she becomes a surviving victim.
