The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) will return now that Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) has been found deceased behind the bar. Since this is demise number two at Il Giardino, the police will have to take a closer look at the situation.
Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) sudden overdose didn’t raise red flags since he had a history of drug problems.
The cops naturally assumed Tom simply fell off the wagon, but Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) called Baker to suggest more might be going on.
Steffy pointed the finger at Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) and will become even more convinced of her guilt during the week of July 15-19.
Since Hollis’ autopsy will reveal that he was killed by the same drug as Tom, there’ll be proof of a pattern.
Steffy will once again blame Sheila and act like she’s back to her old tricks again.
Although Steffy may not be sure about Sheila’s motives, she’ll feel confident Sheila took both Tom and Hollis out.
There’ll be some tense B&B scenes where Steffy and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) confront Sheila, so John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will be present as well.
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will no doubt defend his wife, but will he waver if evidence mounts against Sheila in the coming episodes?
There could indeed be some new hints that point in Sheila’s direction, but we want to talk about a clue that’s about to vanish instead.
Whether that’s Hollis’ coconut water bottle or something else, Baker will realize someone’s trying to cover their tracks.
Steffy and Li will insist Sheila must be the culprit, so Baker will consider the possibility that they’re right.
It won’t be long until Baker hauls Sheila in for questioning, so she’ll land on the hot seat with the cops as she defends her innocence.
Baker could ultimately arrest Sheila if he’s able to score enough proof to make it happen.
Sheila will argue that she had no reason to make Tom and Hollis fatal targets, but Baker’s investigation will heat up as he searches for the whole truth.
