The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, September 24, reveal that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) will be in a tight spot now that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has come home to find her mom in tears. Steffy quickly asked what was wrong and assured Taylor that she could tell her anything.
Of course, Steffy would want to support Taylor if she knew about her heart failure diagnosis, but Taylor is adamant that she doesn’t want anyone else in the loop on this.
Although Taylor came clean to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), that’s as far as she wants this secret to go – at least for now.
Taylor will obviously have to tell her family as her condition worsens, but she’ll continue to hide her illness and symptoms for the time being.
That means Taylor will lie to Steffy on Tuesday’s B&B episode.
Instead of admitting she’s crying about the end being near, Taylor may act like those were happy tears and claim she’s just glad to be spending time with the people she loves.
Then again, Taylor might take a different approach and claim she’s crying about her regrets.
Perhaps Taylor will wish she’d come home sooner and focused on her family more over the years.
Steffy will think the here and now is all that matters, so Taylor may agree with that – especially considering her fatal outlook.
Despite Steffy’s fear that Taylor is hiding something, her mom will insist there’s nothing to worry about and embrace her daughter in a warm moment.
Meanwhile, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will give Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) updates on the vow he made to Steffy.
Since Ridge agreed to talk to Taylor and try to convince her to stay in LA, he’ll ask how Brooke would feel about that.
Brooke just told Ridge that she was hopeful about becoming real friends with Taylor, so she should be fine with the idea of her sticking around.
At the hospital, Li will have a cryptic conversation with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
It doesn’t look like Li will spill Taylor’s secret, but she’ll apparently present a hypothetical scenario about a patient who doesn’t want her family to know about her grim news.
Li will ask whether Finn would want to know if he were in the family’s shoes, so he’ll admit he definitely would.
Despite Li’s efforts to keep her word to Taylor, she could drop too many hints to Finn if she’s not careful!
