The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, October 2, reveal Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) will relent now that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has shown her his vulnerable side.
Ridge displayed some strong emotions after Taylor confessed her diagnosis, but he’s not ready to just sit back and accept that she’s fading away.
With that in mind, Ridge has promised to keep quiet about Taylor’s condition, but he expects her to do something for him in return.
Taylor doesn’t see what good another doctor will do, but Ridge will hold out hope that a second opinion might be a game-changer.
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) offered up a list of potential cardiologists for Taylor, so Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) was presumably one of them.
B&B fans may remember that Grace is Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Zoe Buckingham’s (Kiara Barnes) mother, but she’s also a respected cardiologist who has served as Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) doctor in the past.
Now Cassandra Creech is set to reprise her role as Dr. Grace Buckingham for an urgent appointment with Taylor.
Ridge may insist this is an emergency and push for Taylor’s appointment to happen ASAP.
Luckily, Dr. Buckingham will be able to squeeze Taylor in her busy schedule, so Taylor will provide updates on her symptoms with Ridge by her side.
It won’t be long until Grace orders some tests for Taylor, who’ll await the results later this week.

Katie just wrapped up another pitch in hopes of getting Will on board for an internship at Forrester Creations, so he’s starting to see the benefits.
Although Will wasn’t sure fashion was really his thing, he can tell this means a lot to Katie and will eventually decide he’s all in.
The next step will be convincing Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that Forrester Creations is truly where Will wants to be.
