The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, May 23, reveal that it’ll be Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) wedding day, so Deacon will make sure everything is perfect for his lovely bride – at least as perfect as it can be without John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) there.
Sheila was disappointed when Finn stood his ground and refused to attend the marriage ceremony because of his commitment to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but she’ll still have plenty to celebrate on Thursday’s exciting B&B episode.
For starters, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will show up to support Deacon, but Sheila may take that as a sign of support as well.
Whether Hope actually embraces the maid of honor role or not, the fact that she’ll be at the wedding will warm Deacon and Sheila’s hearts.
Deacon will also arrange for Tom (Clint Howard) to be the officiant at the nuptials.
B&B fans will recall that Tom was the homeless man who played a big part in helping Deacon and Finn find Sheila before it was too late.
Tom will put on the suit Deacon presumably gives him and look forward to helping these two lovebirds tie the knot.
It’ll be another fun element of the marriage ceremony, which will kick off as Sheila begins her walk down the aisle.
At the cliff house, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will stop by and interrupt Finn’s lovey-dovey morning with Steffy.
That’ll give Liam a chance to question Finn’s loyalty and wonder if he can really keep the promise he’s made to Steffy when it comes to shutting Sheila out.
Finn will once again make it clear that nothing matters more to him than Steffy and the kids, but Liam may worry it’s just a matter of time before Finn lets Steffy down.
However, Steffy will rush to Finn’s defense and act like nothing’s going to get in the way of their bright future together – especially not Sheila Carter.
Of course, we should point out that Sheila hinted to Finn about the ceremony possibly happening on the beach.
It turns out there’ll be a change of venue since Sheila and Deacon will decide to hold it at the more sentimental Il Giardino instead.
That could lead to trouble if Finn shows up for takeout later and finds himself in the middle of some unexpected wedding festivities.
