The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 18, reveals that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) continued to reel over Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) having “the hots” for John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), but Brooke asked for his help keeping an eye on the situation and warned him not to tell anyone else.
As Sheila continued eavesdropping, Brooke once again shared how Hope felt that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was too controlling – especially when it came to Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown).
Deacon could see where Hope was coming from on that, but Brooke just hoped she got through to Hope and that she was able to put an end to her feelings for Steffy’s husband.
After Brooke left, Deacon took a call from Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers), who was concerned about an issue with the fridge temperatures.
Deacon vowed to check them right before Sheila popped back up.
Although Sheila asked if she missed anything, Deacon simply told her about Hollis’ fridge temp concerns.
Sheila acted like she could tell something was going on, but Deacon insisted he was just distracted by work and nothing else.
Sheila eventually launched a rant about Steffy and said even Hope was willing to show her some understanding.
Since Steffy would never budge, Sheila wondered what her relationship with Finn would be like if was with a woman willing to give her a chance.
At Forrester Creations, Hope showed up after Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) called another meeting.
Since Steffy had Hope alone for a moment, she mentioned boundaries and made it clear that Hope needed to stay away from Finn due to her view of Sheila.
When Ridge entered, he immediately picked up on the tense vibe.
Ridge essentially took Steffy’s side and argued that Finn couldn’t have anything to do with his birth mom, but the meeting shifted toward business once Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) arrived.
Ridge revealed that they were still waiting on Brooke, who eventually made it to the meeting following her visit to Deacon.
It wasn’t long until Ridge made a speech about needing to focus on designing and his commitment to the creative side of things.
However, Ridge didn’t want to leave Steffy drowning in work, so he had a solution.
After Ridge said he took the liberty of calling their biggest investors, buyers and the team at Forrester International, he added that they were all excited about Brooke’s Bedroom line and the icon behind it.
Ridge felt that Brooke was missed and refused to let go of the idea of her being on the executive team.
Steffy was floored as she wondered if Ridge was suggesting Brooke should be her co-CEO.
Ridge didn’t care about titles and pointed out that Brooke didn’t either.
Hope insisted this was a wonderful idea – and Carter piped up that their clientele would love it.
Steffy, on the other hand, remained livid and complained about Ridge not coming to her privately.
Since Steffy and Brooke would never be able to listen to each other, Steffy declared that she wasn’t running their family business with Brooke Logan!
