The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 20, reveals that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) pushed Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to override Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) decision about Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and her line.
After Carter hinted about how much was at stake and the fallout this could bring, Steffy brushed it off and ultimately called Hope a “bitch.”
Despite Carter’s fury, Steffy stood her ground and repeated the insult multiple times.
Carter didn’t get anywhere with his global luxury brand idea either, so it became obvious that he wasn’t going to get what he wanted.
In the end, Carter handed over the LLC paperwork so that Steffy and Ridge could initial some pages and sign both copies.
Steffy initialed and signed, but Ridge lost his place and ultimately noticed Carter put his signature down. That led to Ridge asking why Carter signed it and wondering what was going on.
At the cabin, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) asked what Hope meant when she said that time might already be running out.
Hope covered by acting like she just meant her own time at Forrester Creations now that Steffy had given her the boot.
However, Hope sang Carter’s praises and pointed out that she might finally be with a man who had the strength, conviction and courage to really stand by her side.
Plus, there wasn’t the usual baggage of Hope’s relationships – and best of all, Carter wasn’t a married man!
Unfortunately, Hope made a prediction about there being real trouble between Carter and the Forresters if he continued sticking up for the Logans.
“I hope it doesn’t come to…” Hope said before trailing off on Wednesday’s B&B episode.
Brooke pushed Hope to finish her statement, so Hope just said she hoped Carter didn’t cross any lines he didn’t want to cross while trying to get through to Ridge and Steffy.
After Brooke got a notification on her phone, Hope realized it could be about a Brooke’s Bedroom interview and urged her mother to go do her thing.
Brooke just prayed that Steffy would come to her senses and realize she shouldn’t fire Hope or cancel her line.
Once Brooke took off, Hope mulled over Carter’s takeover plan and the potential for life-changing results.
“If you only knew, Mom…if you only knew,” Hope said to herself.
At the cliff house, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) spoke to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about Hope and couldn’t fathom why she tried seducing him the other day.
Finn said the worst part was Hope trying to gaslight them about it in the aftermath, so Taylor assumed she learned that manipulation from Brooke.
Taylor was surprised Hope lasted as long as she did before turning to the Logan sinister side.
Since Taylor was concerned about Hope being so out of control, she hated to think how it could hurt Steffy if this continued.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Carter’s takeover plot will make some serious waves soon, so stay tuned for updates on all the startling news and worsening hostility.
