The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that both Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) are keeping secrets that are going to spell trouble sooner or later. For starters, Finn doesn’t always mention his little encounters with Hope when he meets up with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in the aftermath.
The good doctor certainly didn’t tell Steffy about his backstage interaction with Hope, who blatantly flirted with him and admitted she had a crush.
Finn shut Hope down and got the feeling Hope’s actions were more about her earlier tiff with Steffy than anything else.
With that in mind, it’s easy to see why Finn thought it was best to sweep everything under the rug and avoid making matters worse.
However, Hope is keeping some secrets of her own – like the fact she’s been fantasizing about getting passionate with Steffy’s husband.
Hope’s feelings are at a whole different level that Finn seemingly has no idea about.
In an interview with SOD, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood reflected on how “for being so damn smart, Finn can sometimes be clueless.”
Steffy certainly feels that way when it comes to Finn’s view of Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) most days.
It seems to apply in this situation with Hope as well since her crush could snowball into a far bigger deal than Finn expects.
Although Wood didn’t want to divulge too much about how things would play out from here, she encouraged fans to tune in and offered an ominous prediction.
Wood acknowledged that Steffy thinks Hope’s trying to manipulate her marriage when it comes to Sheila and that Hope’s “insane” for thinking Sheila could ever change.
“But I don’t think Steffy has any clue that Hope is regularly fantasizing about Finn.
When that truth is revealed to Steffy…. Hope better be far, far away!” Jacqueline MacInnes Wood teased.
You can bet Steffy and Hope’s rivalry will erupt like never before in the coming B&B episodes, so Finn could get caught in the middle of it all.
