Since Lily is still playing Billy and acting as his handler at Abbott-Chancellor, that doesn’t bode well for their own romantic future.

Naturally, we can’t ignore the fact that Sally and Billy getting together would sting for Adam and Chelsea.

That’s exactly why Y&R should let Sally and Billy’s romance happen.
It might even start out as a vengeful thing on Billy and Sally’s part before blooming into a real love story.
