The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) is making a major real estate move. According to TMZ, Morrow’s magnificent Westlake Village mansion is up for grabs – at least for anyone who can afford the $5,250,000 price tag!
Morrow put this multimillion-dollar home on the market, so someone has a chance to own this 5,900-square-foot house on 1.21 acre in the North Ranch Country Club Estates.
With six bedrooms, six and a half baths, a media room, a pool, a separate pool house and more, it’s easy to see why Morrow’s latest listing would gain plenty of attention.
Of course, Y&R fans might be wondering how this real estate decision might affect Joshua Morrow’s future on the show.
Anytime an actor puts a house on the market like this, it can raise questions about relocation and career moves, too.
However, this is actually a pretty common thing for Morrow, who tends to make investments in properties and put them up for sale every few years.
In other words, there’s no reason to think Joshua Morrow’s leaving Y&R anytime soon.
This hopefully won’t mean anything for Nick Newman, so that’s good news for viewers hoping that he’ll stick around for some new storylines.
Many fans are rooting for Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to get back together in the not-too-distant future.
Others would like to see Nick paired up with a new love interest like Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) or another lovely lady on canvas.
As for Nick’s job at Newman Enterprises, it’ll be interesting to see how long that’ll last.
Nick has a habit of leaving the family business – especially when conflict bubbles up with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) again – so he may find another career path eventually.
Regardless, Nick remains a key player in Genoa City, so we’ll give you updates on what’s in store for him in the coming months.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick could have some surprises headed his way in the coming months.
