Sharon has been thinking about the past more often as well, so that’s contributing to her unsettling mood swings.
There’s just an overall sense that Sharon is incredibly fragile right now, so fans should see more of that in Monday’s Y&R episode.
Sharon will finally end up dozing off on the sofa, so that’ll lead to a horrible nightmare.
It seems likely Sharon’s awful dream will center around Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) and the tragic fate she faced as a young teen.
Camryn Grimes (Mariah Copeland) might pop up in this dream playing an older version of Cassie who torments Sharon in her sleep.
Perhaps nightmare Cassie will play the blame game over her demise and behave in a way that the real Cassie wouldn’t.
This dream version of Cassie might even push Sharon to get revenge on Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) despite the fact that the crash wasn’t really his fault.
Regardless, Sharon will wake up startled with tears streaming down her face, so she’ll ask herself what’s happening to her.
The whole ordeal will be pretty disturbing, so Sharon will no doubt have trouble shaking it off.
This nightmare could offer up a prediction or two about where Sharon’s storyline is headed next.
It may serve as a premonition or plant a dangerous seed in Sharon’s mind, so we’ll bring you updates on how things might snowball.
Although Sharon alerted her doctor to her medication issue over the phone, that may not get resolved in time to stop Sharon from causing chaos.
