The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, July 29, reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will remain concerned about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) strange behavior.
Although Adam made a bogus confession about cruelly blaming Chelsea during Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) ordeal, that won’t satisfy Sally and Billy.
It looks like Billy and Sally will put their heads together on this as they ultimately suspect there’s more.
Once Sally and Billy really give this some thought, they may realize Adam’s story doesn’t add up.
After all, Billy and Sally witnessed the close connection between Chelsea and Adam when they got a phone call with positive news about Connor.
Adam and Chelsea embraced in that celebratory moment, so Sally and Billy might remember that at some point.
It certainly didn’t seem like Chelsea was upset with Adam for the furious tirade he claims to have unleashed.
Sally knows Adam sometimes bends the truth, so she may start to wonder if his story is even legit.
Regardless, Billy and Sally will ultimately think there must’ve been some other incident in Baltimore that Adam and Chelsea are covering up.
It appears Sally and Billy will discuss their mutual concerns before plotting an ambush, so they’ll want more updates on what went down in Maryland.
On the coffeehouse patio, Billy and Sally will team up to confront Chelsea and Adam about what it is they’re actually hiding.
That’ll set the stage for Chelsea’s bottled emotions to erupt, so she’ll act offended over Sally and Billy’s unwillingness to let this go.
Adam will have a lot to deal with as he tries to rein Chelsea in and keep their betrayal under wraps.
Other Y&R spoilers say Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will meet up with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) as they get ready for their flight to Paris.
Before Audra and Kyle can get on the jet, they’ll have an encounter with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) at the athletic club.
That’s where Kyle will find a way to disrespect Jack and will provoke his father’s wrath as a result!
