The Young and the Restless Monday, May 6 Recap: Jordan Predicts Prison for Victor, Summer Bans Claire from Harrison

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, May 6, reveals that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will speak to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) about Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) at the GCAC before they both join Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) at a table.

Sharon will have a great therapist referral for Harrison, so Summer will step away to call her and get the ball rolling on a potential appointment.

At the Abbott house on Monday’s Y&R episode, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will seem nervous as he prepares to tell Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) about where he was last night.

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will seem suspicious when he interrupts, especially since Jack won’t plan on going to the office today and will push for some time alone with Diane.

Once Kyle heads to Crimson Lights, he’ll bump into Sharon and thank her for the therapist referral help.

Summer will pop up and offer gratitude as well since she’ll feel like the therapist she talked to is going to work out.

In a moment alone with Kyle, Summer will admit there’s something she hopes he won’t fight her on.

When Summer suggests she doesn’t want Harrison around Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) anytime soon, Kyle will object since Claire was also a victim.

Besides, Kyle will think it could be helpful for Harrison to see that Claire is OK and that they can both rise above what Jordan (Colleen Zenk) did to them.

Nevertheless, Summer will feel like Claire is only going to be a reminder of what Harrison’s been through.

As the argument becomes heated, Summer will make it clear that she doesn’t need to see or hear about Claire ever again.

Back at the Abbott mansion, Jack will come clean about the extremes he went to in Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) suite, so Diane will be livid over him putting Nikki’s sobriety above his own.

Although Diane will assume Jack thinks he was being noble, she’ll argue that what he did was stupid and selfish.

Jack didn’t even consider what might’ve happened if Diane had woken up to the news that he was deceased following an overdose.

Although Jack will act like it was a one-time deal and insist he’s back in control, Diane won’t trust him not to have pills on him now.

Furthermore, Diane won’t think she’s getting the whole story and will wonder what exactly prompted Nikki’s wake-up call that sent her to rehab.

After Jack confesses that he passed out after mixing booze and pills, he’ll reveal that the EMTs came.

That’ll leave Diane even more incensed over the risks Jack took without even thinking all this through.

Jack will assure Diane that he loves what they have together and doesn’t want to lose her, so she’ll acknowledge that she doesn’t want to lose him either.

Although Diane will embrace Jack, she’ll still look uneasy about the lengths he went to for Nikki’s sake.

At the ranch, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be back home after settling Nikki into her rehab facility and will give Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) updates on Jack’s dumb strategy to help her.

Victor will think Jack put Nikki’s life at stake, but Nick will seem like he’s defending Jack since he risked his own life to get her in rehab.

Afterward, Nick will meet up with Phyllis to discuss how Summer’s holding up, so they’ll end up reflecting on the time Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) targeted Summer since she knew about her peanut allergy.

Nick will credit Phyllis with getting comatose Summer through that terrible ordeal, but Phyllis will think they both did something right since their supergirl is a supermom.

Back with Victor, he’ll visit Jordan in her cell and listen to her try to negotiate her way out of this mess.

Jordan will offer a prediction on Victor going down for unlawful imprisonment once someone inevitably finds her down there.

Although Jordan will think Victor should at least let her go to a real prison, he’ll insist she’d better get used to her current accommodations and will offer up a big bottle of vodka.

Victor will tell Jordan to drown herself like she did with Nikki and will add that she should drink until she croaks!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jordan will remain in a tight spot for now, but stay tuned for any twists and turns that might be on the horizon.
