The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 8 to July 19, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will warn Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to be careful when it comes to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
The week of July 8-12 will also bring Kyle’s warning for Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) since he’ll be trying to help Kyle see things Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) way.
Kyle will think Daniel should convince Summer to stand down instead – or else she won’t like the custody outcome that could result!
Daniel will definitely grow concerned after Kyle’s prediction about the consequences for Summer.
In Paris, Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will catch Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) off guard with their arrival.
Danny and Christine will be around for a tour performance, so they’ll hang out with Traci and gush over her new romance with Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins).
Once Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) make it back from Baltimore, they’ll join Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) at Society.
Spending time all together like that will make Adam and Chelsea nervous about the hookup they’re hiding, but they’ll stick to their pact of silence despite their growing guilt.
Once Glissade’s press release is out, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will take a moment to celebrate her victory.
Nevertheless, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will have a hard time understanding Audra’s willingness to be co-CEOs with Kyle.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll hit the roof once he discovers that Victor put Kyle to work at a company that’ll serve as a direct competitor.
Jack will get into another fierce faceoff with Victor, who’ll make it clear that Jabot had better be ready for Glissade to become a powerhouse.
Next, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will find herself haunted by her history, so she’ll struggle with memories and could face more issues related to her bipolar medication.
Elsewhere, Daniel will make a choice that’ll affect his future, so that could involve a new career path.
Speaking of career paths, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will have to decide what her own will look like.
Will Lily stay loyal to Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and join him at Winters?
Could Lily throw the plan out the window and stick with Billy at Abbott-Chancellor?
Y&R spoilers say Lily’s going to take a gamble, so that could point to her risking Devon’s wrath by standing with Billy instead of her brother.
However, Devon and Nate will do some scheming as they work to outwit Billy.
If Lily disapproves of Nate and Devon’s latest plot, that could make her certain that Billy deserves her support.
As for Claire, she’ll feel out of place during some family time that’s coming up.
Despite Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) best efforts to make Claire feel included, she’ll still feel like an outsider around Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) and Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind).
Once Victor reconnects with Adam, he’ll deliver a new mission for his son to tackle.
Victor may pressure Adam to jump back in at Newman Media and get the ball rolling on some negative Jabot press.
That could leave Adam torn since Jack is a good friend of his – not to mention Sally works at Marchetti, which falls under the Newman umbrella.
At the same time, Adam will probably be craving a distraction from all the guilt over his sizzling night with Chelsea.
It turns out Chelsea will enforce some boundaries around Adam and add to the awkwardness, so Adam might like the idea of focusing on a new work project right about now.
Back with Sally, she’ll have to smooth things over with Summer, so it sounds like there may be some fashion-related conflict.
Of course, Summer has a lot more than Marchetti on her mind these days, so it may be a situation where she wrongfully takes her anger out on Sally.
During the week of July 15-19, the tension between Summer and Kyle may boil over.
If this truly turns into a custody feud with lawyers involved, then Kyle could play the bio dad card and try to make sure Summer doesn’t have any rights at all.
Claire could see a new side of Kyle that she doesn’t like if this whole custody situation gets out of hand.
Harrison Abbott’s (Redding Munsell) well-being has to come first, so Claire may try to remind Kyle of that as things spiral out of control.
Back with Sharon, she seems poised to go off the rails somehow due to her meds being so out of whack.
Sharon is struggling to adjust to a new prescription and may have more adjusting to do if her doctor puts her on some other alternative.
