The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of September 9-13 reveals that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will see more red flags that lead him to believe Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) may not be taking her meds. Sharon claimed she was back on them and working with her doctor, but Nick will have his doubts about that.
With that in mind, Nick will have a secret meeting with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to discuss his growing concerns.
Although Nick will form a plan to seek the truth, Mariah will think it feels wrong to go behind Sharon’s back like this.
Nevertheless, Nick will defend his idea since they’re doing this for Sharon’s own good.
It’s important to find out whether Sharon is truly on her meds since she could really go off the rails without them.
Nick may remind Mariah of some of the dangerous behavior Sharon has resorted to in the past due to lack of medication.
It sounds like Nick will move forward with his sneaky investigation once he gets Mariah on board.
Meanwhile, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have another argument with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), whose co-CEO terms will apparently be rejected.
Since Chance threatened to leave Abbott-Chancellor if Billy didn’t cave in, Billy will seemingly invite him to go through with it.
However, Billy will warn that if Chance goes out that door, there’ll be no coming back!
Will Chance and Billy be able to work out a compromise or will Chance ultimately walk as planned?
Regardless, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will no doubt want to weigh in on the escalating drama soon.
Next, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will return to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) office with the inside information he requested.
Y&R’s weekly preview video shows Lily suggesting she has the key to Billy’s downfall, but will she really just spill it without a confirmed deal?
Lily may play hardball with Victor, but he doesn’t want to give her the top spot at Chancellor back following the takeover.
That position is reserved for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), so we’ll see if the three of them can still find a path forward as an alliance.
