The Young and the Restless Recap: Friday, March 8 – Nikki Says Jordan Must Die – Victor’s Cover Story

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Friday, March 8, reveals that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will open his door to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and give her 10 minutes to say whatever she came to say.

Tucker will be eager to get rid of Ashley since he’s packing for Paris, but Ashley will think she’s the one he should be going with – not Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

Ashley will try to convince Tucker that she’s not playing games and that she truly wants to get their life together back on track.

Tucker will pull away from Ashley’s touch and eventually shout that’s enough, but she’ll continue her pitch to reclaim their future.

When Audra arrives, Tucker will give her a kiss as she enters.

Ashley will pause and seem confused for a moment, but she’ll ultimately make it clear that she intends to rectify her mistake and get Tucker back.

Once Ashley’s gone on Friday’s Y&R episode, an annoyed Audra will get Tucker’s reassurance that there’s no need to be jealous.

However, Tucker will comment on that moment of confusion for Ashley – and later, he’ll seem pensive as he mulls everything over and declares that something isn’t right.

Downstairs at the GCAC bar, Ashley will order a drink and listen as the voice inside her head says, “I think she suspects.” Ashley will insist it won’t much longer now and “then she’ll be safe.”

At the Newman ranch, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will arrive and get Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) updates on the fire as well as what Jordan (Colleen Zenk) did to Seth Morgan (Brian Gaskill).

Nikki will also pull an unopened bottle of vodka out of an unzipped cushion and admit Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) team missed it when they did their sweep.

Since Nikki was tempted to drink, Jack will be glad she called and will end up taking her to a meeting.

That’s where Nikki will rant to the AA group about Jordan’s actions, including what she knows that madwoman did to Seth.

Nikki will call Jordan a “monstrous, murderous bitch” and will want her to pay with her life.

Prison won’t be enough for Nikki, who’ll contend that Jordan deserves to die in agony and will insist she’ll get what’s coming to her soon if karma is real.

Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will take a phone call from Jordan, so she’ll taunt him over the blaze at Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) house.

Since there were no reports of injuries or casualties, Jordan will want to know where Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is really staying.

Victor will act like that’s up to Claire and will want to focus on the topic of making amends over Eve Howard (Margaret Mason).

Jordan will be skeptical, but Victor will insist he wants to put an end to all this and will push for a face-to-face meeting.

Although Jordan will realize it could be a trap, Victor will point out that she could just as easily lure him into one. Victor will be willing to take the risk, so he’ll push Jordan to take it, too.

Once Nikki’s back at the ranch with Jack, she’ll ask him to get rid of the unopened vodka bottle.

Victor will appear in his jacket and question Nikki about the booze, but she’ll explain and send Jack on his way with it.

Although Victor won’t seem thrilled over Jack coming over, Nikki will think Victor should be grateful that Jack answered the phone and came to make sure she didn’t drink.

As for Victor, he’ll claim he needs to head back to the office and handle a work call in Singapore.

Nikki will seriously doubt that and keep pushing Victor to tell her the truth about where he’s going.

Jack will also make it back to the Abbott mansion and find Ashley in a chipper mood.

Ashley will feel like things are really coming together in her life, so Jack will get her to confirm that Tucker isn’t part of that picture.

At Society, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will find Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) wrapping up her shift and realize something’s bothering her.

Tessa will talk about the beefed-up security at the ranch and admit it freaked her out when a new guy on the team stopped her thinking she was Jordan.

Mariah and Tessa will agree that they’ve become uncomfortable at the tack house, so they’ll decide maybe it’s time to find a place of their own off the Newman property.

That’ll lead to Tessa and Mariah looking through some real estate listings before they take a moment to appreciate their bright future with Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle).

The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Newmans have much more drama ahead, so stay tuned for news on everything they’ll be up against.
