Nate Hastings vs Victor Newman
Y&R recap for Monday, September 2 reveals Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) walks into Society and sees Victor. Victor invites him to sit down.
Nate tries to avoid sitting, but Victor insists. Nate says that they don’t have anything to discuss.
At the park, Chelsea and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are hanging out with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). They are having a great time.
Victor tells Nate to sit down. After small talk, Victor brings up suggesting Nate convince Lily to return to Winters.
Lily cries in front of Nikki. Nikki tells Lily she was in rehab and talks about Katherine. Lily’s twins are growing up and her dad is gone.
Nikki reads Katherine’s notes about Lily’s potential. They share a toast to Katherine.
Y&R Spoilers: Billy Abbott & Sally Spectra’s Dynamic
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) asks Sally if she left Adam. Sally isn’t exactly sure and doesn’t want to talk about it right now.
Billy thinks Sally is remarkable and calls her a diamond. Billy offers to buy Sally a coffee. They talk about Adam.
Chelsea takes a video of Adam and Connor doing push-up competitions.
Connor talks about mindful meditation and slowly down heart rates. Connor suddenly asks what’s going on with Adam and Chelsea.
Sally lectures Billy about how the universe isn’t out to get them. Sally doesn’t see the world that way anymore.
Sally asks Billy if he can stay with Chelsea after the betrayal.
Adam and Chelsea cover with Connor. Meanwhile, Billy doesn’t know if he can forgive Chelsea yet. Billy tells Sally she’s better off without Adam
Nate tells Victor that he’s not carrying out suggestions on demand. Nate says Lily knows the offer stands, but she has her own mind.
Victor pushes Nate to convince Lily going back to Winters is her best option. Nate says Lily can make her own decisions.
Victor reminds Nate of his sins at Chancellor. Nate tries to leave, but Victor makes him sit back down.
Adam Newman’s Blame Game

They bicker while Connor is out of sight. Connor suddenly comes back and CHADAM pretends everything is fine. Sally shows up.
Connor asks Sally over. Connor wants Sally to stay over at his dad’s more. Connor wants a date with Adam and Sally.
The adults avoid saying what’s really going on.
Nikki and Lily talk about Billy’s destruction. Billy suddenly comes in and sees Lily with Nikki.
Connor goes off, leaving the adults alone. Chelsea apologizes to Sally.

Victor sits down with Nikki. Nikki says Katherine is guiding things even in death. Nikki talks about her observation between Billy and Lily.
Victor thinks it tracks with his chat with Nate. Victor says Lily is under a lot of pressure. Victor’s phone rings. It’s Lily.
Chelsea and Sally continue talking. Chelsea tells Sally that Adam was afraid to lose her. Chelsea wants to know what Sally has decided about Adam.
Billy is on the phone. He’s worried about Lily finding a loophole for the termination.
Lily asks Victor to meet. Lily says it’s about Billy.
