The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 14, reveals Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) won’t have much to say about Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) official board seat other than it’s nice.
Abby will quickly realize Ashley doesn’t seem all that interested, so she’ll wonder if her mind is on Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
However, Ashley will insist on closing the topic of Tucker for good and will push Abby to stop threatening Tucker since she already spoke her mind.
At one point on Thursday’s Y&R episode, viewers will hear Ashley thinking as someone else, so that’ll confirm she’s got another personality.
“Ugh, Ashley’s daughter is such a pain in the ass. The questions, the questions, the questions about Tucker,” this other personality will think to herself.
As she guzzles wine, she’ll be eager to clean up this mess so Ashley can come back to her “nosy, irritating family.”
After “Ashley” claims she has to get back to the lab, Abby will wonder if it was true when her mom said she wasn’t at the GCAC to see Tucker last night.
Ashley will push for trust and act like there’s no need to worry about her relationship with Tucker.
Upstairs, Tucker will return to his suite and find an excited Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) packing for Paris.
When Tucker makes business-related excuses to postpone the trip, Audra will think this is really about Ashley and will launch a fight.
Tucker will point out that trust issues caused problems in his relationship with Ashley, so he won’t want to go through this again with Audra and will storm out on her.
After Audra has an outburst and throws what she was packing off the bed, she’ll head to Crimson Lights and cross paths with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Sally will invite Audra to join her at a table, so they’ll reflect on their complicated romances.
Once Audra updates Sally on some of her issues with Tucker, Sally will suggest that sometimes a once-in-a-lifetime love is worth fighting for.
From Sally’s perspective, it’ll sound like Audra needs to fight harder for what she has with Tucker.
Back with Ashley, she’ll run into Tucker at the athletic club and learn the Paris trip has been postponed.
Ashley won’t buy the business-related excuses either and will think Tucker’s staying in town because of her.
Tucker will join Ashley in the jazz lounge, where she’ll wonder if it’s too early for a cocktail and mention wanting an old-fashioned.
Between Ashley’s drink choice and reckless, aggressive behavior, Tucker will have good reasons to see she’s not acting like herself.
Ashley will act like maybe she’s just figured out what she wants and will suggest that she can try to be more like Tucker if that’ll make him happy.
Although Ashley will insist this is about fixing what she messed up, Tucker will remain skeptical and will think she seems confused.
Since Tucker can’t admit he loves Ashley, she’ll suggest he has to make it seem like she’s got mental health issues.
Tucker will argue if there’s something really wrong and he played a part in it, then he wants to help Ashley.
Of course, Ashley will insist there’s nothing wrong at all and will claim she just wants to go back to the way things were.
When Ashley acts like she’d abandon her family in a heartbeat this time around, Tucker will scoff over that.
Ashley will contend that she ruined everything and deeply regrets it, but she’ll add that it’ll never happen again.
When Tucker asks if he should just believe Ashley, she’ll plant a kiss on him.
At Society, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will give Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) news on how his conversation with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) went and how he perhaps got a little too honest by admitting he never stopped loving Heather.
Once Heather returns home with Daniel, he’ll suggest that all of them working together will be “interesting,” but he’ll think they can handle it like adults.
Daniel and Heather will establish that they’re not going to hide their relationship in public anymore – except at Chancellor-Winters since they don’t want to make Lily uncomfortable.
At the office, Lily will confront Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and wonder how he could keep quiet about Daniel’s betrayal with Heather.
It’ll leave Lily feeling like she wants to slap Daniel and maybe Devon too despite her attempt to be reasonable.
Devon will apologize and explain that he just didn’t want to pile on more drama when Lily was already dealing with so much.
Lily will eventually admit she’s not angry with Devon; she’ll just be really sad over the whole situation.
The fact that Daniel never stopped loving Heather will basically taint Lily’s whole reunion with him, but she’ll put her pain aside to focus on work.
Abby will join Devon and Lily as they discuss Mamie Johnson’s (Veronica Redd) idea to separate the companies, which would leave the merger in name only.
Devon will essentially predict that a disaster’s brewing and will comment on Lily coming back at the “best worst time possible.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will prove she’s not a pushover in the coming episodes, so stick with us for more predictions on how she’ll pull that off.
