The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, February 13, reveals that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will be on a date at Society when Summer notices that her parents are nearby.
Chance will wonder if maybe Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) are on a date as well, but Summer will feel confident that they just ran into each other – especially since Nick had a hard time getting past Phyllis’ fake demise.
At the bar on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Phyllis will acknowledge that she’s kept her distance from Nick since he was angry about what he put Summer through.
Fortunately, Nick will see that Phyllis has made some changes in her life and will be able to have a peaceful conversation with her.
At one point, Phyllis and Nick will approach Chance and Summer’s table, so Chance will ask if Summer’s parents would like to join them.
Nick will assume Summer and Chance are on a date, so he’ll decline and lead Phyllis back toward the bar.
Chance and Summer will discuss moving on from their past relationships and how they’ve learned not to dwell on regrets.
While Summer and Chance end the night with a kiss, Nick will admit to Phyllis that it’s hard watching Summer move on from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) so soon.
Nick will talk about being a protective dad, so Phyllis will admire that – though she’ll make it clear that she’s quite happy for Summer and knew she’d become an item with Chance.
Phyllis will also quiz Nick about his failed relationship with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and will realize Sally chose Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) over him.
After Phyllis hints about her romance with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) and how he helped her change, she’ll share a toast with Nick over being in a good place again.
Once Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) sees Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) texts, he’ll sneak out of bed while Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is asleep and meet up with his ex downstairs.
Ashley will want to talk up in Tucker’s suite, but he’ll insist on her saying whatever she has to say right then and there.
After Ashley talks about how disgusted she is with Tucker, she’ll rant about him bribing and perhaps threatening whole waitstaff at the bistro.
Tucker will swear on the soul of his grandchild that he didn’t coerce anyone there and will think Ashley needs to seek professional help.
However, Ashley will still feel like Tucker’s trying to make her doubt her sanity and will vow to do everything she can to make sure he’s not part of Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor’s (Rainn and River Ware) lives.
After Tucker fumes and acts like that’d be a huge mistake, Audra will come down and mention waking up in Tucker’s bed to find that he was gone.
Ashley will act like Audra is just another one of Tucker’s hookups and will wonder if she was sleeping with Kyle at the same time as Tucker.
After Ashley sarcastically calls Audra classy and leaves, she’ll look rattled once she makes her way home.
Ashley will think back to Tucker’s version of events at the café and admit she doesn’t know what’s happening to her when Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) appears.
Back with Tucker, he’ll head back upstairs with Audra and assure her that he only joined Ashley to tell her that he was moving on.
Audra will ask if Tucker would’ve come clean about her if she hadn’t shown up, so Tucker will insist he absolutely would have and that Ashley is old news now.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tucker may not be as done with Ashley as he claims to be, so stay tuned for updates on all the drama ahead.
