The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is in for a special treat that’s sure to make her feel welcome – at least at first! Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) wants nothing more than for Claire to feel like a real Newman, so she’ll hope Claire’s other relatives can give her acceptance and love.
Things are going pretty well, so Victoria will no doubt be hopeful as some Newman family members gather at the GCAC for a meal.
It looks like a little breakfast party will come together as Claire gets to know everyone a bit better.
Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) should have concerns about Claire once she eventually gets updates on what happened at the lake house, but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may urge her to give Claire a chance to prove she’s changed.
Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will be part of the gathering as Claire’s father, so he’ll enjoy this opportunity to bond with his daughter and grow closer to Victoria, too.
Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will be included in the Newman family festivities as well, so we’ll see if Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) also make it.
However, it’ll be Adam who threatens to ruin the party when he shows up and speaks his mind.
Adam may decide to wreck things by being quite vocal about Claire’s mental health issues and the hold that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) had on her not too long ago.
In other words, Adam may act like Claire is a lunatic who can’t be trusted and worry that the other Newmans are letting a fox in the hen house.
From where Adam is standing, Claire could still be bad news!
Y&R fans can expect more clashing between Adam and Claire during the week of March 18-22, so the show could be setting up quite the feud.
It’s rather fitting that Victoria’s daughter is learning to have the same disdain for Adam as her mom!
