The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will ask Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for some time and space, but he’ll feel like she’s putting off the inevitable. Billy will wish Chelsea would just be honest about what happened in Baltimore, but she’ll keep pushing him away instead – at least at first.
Likewise, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will work to convince Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that the real problem is Billy for being so suspicious and making a mountain out of a molehill.
Later, Chelsea will tell Adam that she just can’t take it anymore.
The stress of keeping this secret has become too much to bear, so Chelsea will feel like it’s time to get honest.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Chelsea has said that, so Adam will work to calm her down and may feel confident that he’s reined her in again.
However, things will be different for Chelsea this time around.
Y&R spoilers say Chelsea will make a stunning admission, so it sounds like she’ll finally confess to Billy about hooking up with Adam during their Baltimore trip.
Chelsea will no doubt turn on the waterworks and plead for forgiveness, but she may ask something else of Billy as well.
Will Chelsea beg Billy to keep this news a secret and protect Adam’s relationship with Sally?
Chelsea has hinted to Adam about this possibility before, but he had his doubts that Billy would ever agree to it.
Nevertheless, Chelsea will play up how it was a one-time mistake and push Billy to have some compassion over the whole Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) situation.
Chelsea and Adam never would’ve slept together if it hadn’t been for having to live such a Connor nightmare, so she’ll want Billy to understand that.
If Billy won’t keep his mouth shut for Adam or even Chelsea, she may ask if he’ll do it for Connor.
What Connor needs most is stability, so Chelsea may worry about him spiraling if he blames himself for ruining Adam’s romance and causing Sally to move out.
Will Billy actually consider withholding the cheating shocker from Sally?
Billy may not be able to make any promises, but it’s possible he’ll sit on the secret for a bit and mull it over.
Meanwhile, Sally will flat-out ask Adam if he slept with Chelsea in Baltimore, but he may choose to lie.
Adam will dig his heels in according to The Young and the Restless spoilers, so Billy may end up holding Adam and Sally’s romantic fate in his hands.
