The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Damian) and Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) secret passion won’t stay under wraps for very long. It’s tough to hide much of anything in Genoa City, so let’s talk about how Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) could end up facing this heartbreaking news.
Now that Heather and Daniel have surrendered to temptation, they’ll have a lot to process. Naturally, Daniel will struggle with guilt since he betrayed Lily with his ex.
Heather will understand that and deal with some guilt of her own, especially since Lily helped her gain employment at Chancellor-Winters.
Even so, Heather will take another opportunity to pitch herself as the better woman for Daniel.
In Heather’s mind, what she shares with Daniel is much more meaningful than whatever he’s been trying to recapture with Lily.
Once Heather and Daniel have a follow-up conversation over lunch, they could put themselves in the prime position for eavesdropper trouble.
It’d be so easy for someone to listen in on Daniel and Heather’s discussion about their time in bed together – and Y&R spoilers hint that Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) may do just that!
On the January 25 episode, Devon will confront Daniel and put him in a tight spot. We’ll see Daniel get backed up against the wall, so Devon may overhear something and push for Daniel’s confession.
Daniel will land in a situation where he’s forced to explain his actions, so he may defend what happened as an impulsive moment.
Of course, Devon won’t think it’s fair to Lily if he indeed finds out about Daniel cheating, so he may deliver an ultimatum.
If Daniel doesn’t come clean to Lily about taking Heather to bed, then Devon may vow to spill the betrayal shocker for him.
Devon could pressure Daniel to tell Lily exactly what went down, but Daniel might argue that Lily’s stressed enough dealing with Mattie Ashby’s (Lexie Stevenson) drama.
Perhaps Daniel will promise to tell Lily the whole truth when she comes back to town, but will Devon be willing to wait that long? Could Devon decide to blab to Lily sooner?
