The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 5, reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will continue his discussion with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) at Society, where he’ll insist he didn’t directly confirm anything about his new job.
Victor may argue that it sure seemed like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) knew more when he barged in Newman Enterprises and delivered a fierce warning.
Kyle might ultimately admit he dropped some hints to rile Jack up, so Victor probably won’t blame him for that.
After all, Victor’s been doing the same thing with Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), so part of him may feel like he’s on the same page with Kyle here.
Now that Kyle’s truly all in on this Glissade position and Victor’s revenge plot, he’ll strike an official deal on Friday’s episode.
Over with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), she’ll deliver a plea for help – one that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will respond to.
Summer doesn’t want to cause more turmoil with a major custody feud, but she did toss some threats around recently regarding Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
Will Summer go through with fighting for revisions to her custody agreement with Kyle?
Will Summer want some advice from Nick and Phyllis on the whole situation?
Of course, it’s possible Summer will seek help with something else entirely, but the details don’t really matter since Phyllis and Nick would do just about anything for her!
In Baltimore, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will reel in the aftermath of their hot hookup.
It seems like the mixture of booze, memories, pain and old feelings added up to this cheating fiasco.
However, Adam and Chelsea will make a promise to each other on Friday’s show.
Since Chelsea and Adam will settle on a pact, that’ll probably mean vowing to keep this betrayal under wraps.
Our Y&R predictions hint that Adam and Chelsea will want to put this night behind them, so it sounds like they’ll agree to keep Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) out of the loop.
Although Chelsea and Adam may insist this is never going to happen again, maybe they shouldn’t be so sure about that!
