The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) are desperate to end Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) alliance with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), especially since it could turn into trouble for Jabot.
This whole Glissade situation could lead to terrible news – both for Kyle and for the Abbott family business.
Jack wants to protect the Abbott clan’s legacy and hopefully pull Kyle away from enemy territory, so there’s only one thing to do.
Y&R spoilers say Jack will move forward with a plan to damage Glissade’s chances of success.
That shouldn’t be too hard to do since Glissade is such a weak competitor at this stage of the game.
Jabot is the ultimate cosmetic powerhouse, so there are good reasons to believe Jack can indeed do some serious damage if he puts some real effort into this.
Glissade has plenty of potential, but Kyle and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) haven’t had an opportunity to turn it into much of anything yet.
Even Audra has expressed concerned about Kyle provoking Jack, who could use Jabot to crush them before they can really get Glissade off the ground.
That may be exactly what happens since Jack is determined to protect Kyle by any means necessary – even if he has to sabotage Glissade right out of the gate.
What better place for Jack to get started than at Glissade’s upcoming launch party?
Audra and Kyle have different views on what that party should look like, but the details may not matter if Jack makes the bash a target.
Of course, the launch party will be a good time for Glissade to show off some new products and share some things about their vision for the company.
Jack could easily steal the show by planning a bigger and better event – one that upstages Glissade with some of Jabot’s latest offerings.
Jabot might even have some amazing product in the works that’ll totally outdo anything Glissade could offer.
Maybe Jabot will outshine Glissade and turn their little launch party into a joke where no one bothers to show up!
Jack might make sure Jabot gets a ton of positive press and even arrange for a smear campaign that makes Glissade look like a trainwreck.
Regardless, our predictions hint that Jack’s willing to sink pretty low if it means untangling Kyle from Victor’s web.
