The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily’s Revenge Plot – Strikes Back After Double Newman Betrayal

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) didn’t want to believe she’d been led astray by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), but now she’s facing the harsh reality of the situation.

Instead of listening to all the warnings she was getting about the potential for Victor to betray her, Lily committed to the alliance and paid the price.

In the October 11 episode, Lily finally wised up to the fact that Victor and Nikki were duping her after Devon Hamilton-Winters’ (Bryton James) tipoff.

It was Nikki who finally admitted Victor planned to give her the top Chancellor spot – not Lily.

Of course, this is a tough blow since Lily thought she could have faith in Victor due to his respect for Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John).

Lily assumed that respect extended to her as well and that Victor would follow through on giving her the CEO seat.

Unfortunately, Lily thought wrong and faced a double betrayal when she realized Nikki was in on Victor’s deception the whole time. Since Lily considered Nikki a friend, it has to sting to know Nikki willingly let Victor use her like that.

Although Victor was taking advantage of Lily’s information and expertise, she obviously won’t be helping him anymore!

Lily is done with both Victor and Nikki at this point, so what’s her next move going to be?

Once Lily licks her wounds and regroups, there’s a good chance she’ll cook up a revenge plot.

Lily doesn’t want to see Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) run Chancellor into the ground, but maybe a wildcard like Billy is better than a two-faced manipulator.

Victor pretended to be Lily’s ally while keeping secrets and setting her up for disappointment.

It’s hard to imagine Lily wanting Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) legacy entrusted to someone like that!

Lily may take steps to sabotage Victor from taking over Chancellor now that she knows she won’t get the role she wants.

Since it seems likely Lily’s revenge scheme is on the horizon, that might be part of why Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is returning soon.

Jill has been dealing with serious health issues off-screen, but she may return following her treatment feeling strong and ready to stop Victor’s takeover attempt.

Although Jill won’t be happy about all the drama that’s played out between Lily and Billy, she might get them to resolve their differences.

Perhaps there’s still a way for Billy and Lily to work together on some level – especially if it means striking back against Victor and Nikki’s grand plans!

Based on our Y&R predictions, Lily will deliver some vengeful surprises to Nikki and Victor, so they’ll face some difficult news and setbacks along the way.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will find a path forward that could lead to trouble, so stay tuned for any payback updates.
