The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, September 16, reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will take a big risk by engaging with “Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) in the coffeehouse where anyone could witness her bizarre behavior.
Sharon will sit on the patio with “Cameron” and have a tense discussion with him like he’s actually there in the flesh.
Of course, “Cameron” is all in Sharon’s head, so that’s a truth he’ll push Sharon to accept in Monday’s Y&R episode.
When Sharon gripes about “Cameron” and the disgusting idea he proposed, he’ll remind her that he’s just a manifestation of her vengeful desires.
“Cameron” will feel like it’s time for Sharon to stop pretending she’s completely removed from what he’s thinking.
The harsh reality is that some part of Sharon wants Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) dead, so “Cameron” will urge her to embrace that.
“Cameron” will once again push Sharon to see that her world would be a better place without Daniel in it.
Will Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) or another character spot Sharon talking to someone who isn’t there?
If so, that could raise even more red flags about Sharon’s mental state.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) won’t be too broken up about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) split from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
That’s because Connor will think Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are the ones who really shared something special.
Connor won’t set out to play matchmaker, but we’ll see the first signs of him inadvertently playing Cupid anyway.
Although Connor won’t be carrying out a parent-trap scheme, he may get honest about enjoying all bonding time he’s had with Adam and Chelsea lately.
Connor may suggest it’d be nice if they could all be a united family again, especially now that Chelsea and Adam are single.
At some point, Chelsea will come along and make an unsettling discovery.
It seems Chelsea will listen in on Connor’s conversation with Adam, so she’ll realize Connor may be privy to something she’s been trying to deny.
In Chelsea’s effort to repair the damage with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), she’s been downplaying her connection to Adam.
Chelsea has no reason to do that now that her breakup is official, so she may get honest with herself about her lingering feelings. Both Adam and Chelsea will be forced to consider what a real reunion would look like.
