The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 22 to February 2, note fans should brace themselves to expect the unexpected. First off, the week of January 22-26 will offer plenty of drama for the Newmans.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will clash with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and accepting her in the Newman family once she’s released from the facility, and she’ll also ask him to back off where Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) is concerned.
Victor will reason that he’s only got his daughter’s best interests at heart; however, he will agree to Victoria’s terms.
In other related news, she’ll lean on Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in the days ahead, during a dark moment.
In fact, she won’t be the only one flocking to Nate during the week of January 22-26, as Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will also share a secret with him.
Meanwhile, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be a busy bee. She’ll visit her new granddaughter without anyone knowing, and Claire will be shocked when she sees the Newman matriarch in her room, unexpectedly.
Still, Nikki will be looking for closure, so here’s hoping the talk the two ladies have will be a positive one.
In addition, Nikki will have issues pending with Victor the week of January 22-26.
Y&R spoilers note that the Moustache will question his wife’s decision-making, and it sounds like this will have to do with agreeing to allow Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to be her sponsor.
Added teasers state that despite Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) giving her “okay” to Jack about being Nikki’s AA sponsor, it will rub her the wrong way, too, as she’ll push Nikki’s buttons.
Across town, Y&R spoilers suggest things will get very steamy between Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) when the two discuss their NYE kiss, and Heather’s admittance of “love”.
Heather will lay it out all on the line, asking for a second chance for her and their family. The two end up hitting the sheets, but could this blow up in Daniel’s face?
As the days go by after their bedroom romp, Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will back Daniel in a corner.
Devon is a very protective brother when it comes to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), so if he finds out what Daniel and Heather have been up to, this could bite them both in the butt as Chancellor-Winters is their place of employment.
Speaking of CW, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway), will decide to take on a side project, and it looks like a board seat at Chancellor-Winters is on the horizon. Will this cause issues in her relationship with Devon?
Across town, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will confide in Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Could this be about emerging feelings for Summer Newman (Allison Lanier)?
While on the topic, Skyle will enter a new chapter the week of January 22-26, so, could the divorce between Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer finally become “official”?
Lastly, Y&R spoilers for the week of January 22-26 note that Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will get involved with the Paris café debate, as Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) turns to her sister about the conflicted feelings she’s had when it comes to Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) side of the story.
Added teasers suggest that Traci will take a “leap of faith” in the days ahead to help her sister. Will she confront Tucker, or reach out to the café in hopes that they have some video footage?
As the week of January 29-February 2 rolls around, viewers should brace themselves for some shockers.
Looks like Jordan (Colleen Zenk) will be relentless when it comes to her revenge against the Newmans, and prison walls won’t be able to stop her.
There will also be more drama at Chancellor-Winters, but Y&R spoilers hint that familiar and new faces will be at the helm of this conflict.
With Abby setting her sights on a board seat, and Chance entering the fold, it looks like the company will experience a massive shake-up.
Added teasers note that Devon and Nate will try to carve a new chapter in their working relationship, but fans should expect issues between them on the horizon.
