The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will continue to watch over Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), especially since he has a feeling that something still isn’t right.
Sharon is putting on quite a show with her loved ones and trying to make them believe she’s truly back on track.
However, Sharon clearly isn’t OK since she’s still seeing “Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) and listening to his demented advice.
Nick knows Sharon better than just about anyone, so he’s been raising an eyebrow over her behavior lately.
Y&R fans have seen Nick gazing at Sharon with concern, so the wheels are turning and could ultimately lead him to an awful conclusion.
Of course, Nick doesn’t want to believe Sharon could do something like wipe Heather off the map and dispose of her body.
We’ll probably see Nick work to convince himself there has to be another explanation – even when the clues start piling up.
Sharon is on the verge of setting Daniel up to take the fall, but Nick may struggle to believe his guilt.
The same goes for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), who may find the evidence a little too convenient.
Once Nick gets more updates on the case, he may launch an investigation of his own.
Nick might play detective to see what he can find out about Sharon and what she really did when she pulled that vanishing act.
Sharon resurfaced the last night Heather was alive, so Nick may find that rather troubling.
We might see Nick try to uncover Sharon’s trail and prove what he doesn’t really want to prove.
At some point, Nick might even confront Sharon with his suspicions and flat-out ask her if she’s responsible for Heather’s demise.
There may come a time when Nick can’t deny what’s right in front of him, so he may push Sharon to confess and get the help she needs.
If Nick scores enough proof to back up his hunch, could Sharon break down in tears and spill everything?
If anyone can pry the truth out of Sharon, it may be Nick!
As much as he would hate it, Nick could be the one to turn Sharon in after this devastating discovery.
Perhaps Nick will feel he has no choice but to call the cops and hand Sharon over to them.
