The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will continue to chase after Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), but it may not work out well for her in the end. It seems like Phyllis is going into this with the wrong motives since she mostly just wants to beat Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell).
Although Phyllis will make some progress with Danny during February sweeps, that doesn’t mean she’ll live happily ever after with him.
Phyllis might as well accept that she’s not going to live happily ever after with Danny since it just isn’t going to happen!
Of course, Phyllis tends to alienate her children pretty frequently, so she may have more problems with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) on the horizon.
Although Phyllis always claims she’s going to change and do better, she honestly seems incapable of it.
That’s why Phyllis will lean on someone who perhaps understands that she can never truly change her flaws.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has known Phyllis long enough to realize she’s a perpetual mess and maybe always will be!
In a recent Instagram story, Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) leaked that Joshua Morrow and Michelle Stafford were filming a new scene together.

Based on that behind-the-scenes Y&R photo, Phyllis seems down in the dumps as she sits next to Nick with a drink in the jazz lounge.
Nick has never been one to coddle Phyllis when she screws up, but he isn’t overly judgmental with her either since he knows how she operates.
This may be a case of Nick asking what Phyllis has done this time and dishing out some tough love once he gets news on her latest round of trouble.
